I have been using this local post office for years and always find happy faces and smiles. I usually drop off my daily shipments, which they will scan on the spot for you.

Many of you might not realize, but the word is they will be closing 100's of small post offices like this one across the country.

Sadly, the local small town USPS's we all know and love may be a thing of the past as they find ways to increase revenue while minimizing the services they provide.

I have never had an issue with this office and will continue to drop off my packages.

I've been using this post office almost 30 years. They are fine. They can't control what UPS or Fed Ex does, as far as deliveries they get or shipments picked up from other carriers. People are so impatient and complain about everything. They still have the cheapest rates compared to others as well. It is a tiny post office. If you have issues, then be a grownup, and use another post office. We should be more grateful to have so many choices these days. Folks just love to whine.

We opened a PO Box for our business and the employees have all been very helpful. Trying to be here by 5pm to get mail can be tough and wish the lobby were 24 hours but that doesn’t impact the 5 stars for the genuinely nice workers.

This post office has been great. After all of the run-around with RLB PO, this is a refreshing change. Always pleasant and for a small office it runs very well. Never a line for anything, either!

Very friendly and helpful! Helped me make sure a check was being delivered on time and we had fun and joked around! This will be my new post office!

Changed My PO Box from Downtown Chicago to the Ingleside location have not had a single problem, place is alway tidy and clean and the staff there are excellent.

Great little post office. Live close by. Small but friendly staff. Been using their services for years.

This post office needs to be shut down. I mailed a letter on 1/2/23 and it has not yet arrived at it's destination. 7+ days for first class mail is ridiculous.

Stole my W2 and reported that as delivered! Cannot get a hold of anyone.

Postmen seem to ignore the pink redeliver slips in the mailbox, they refuse to leave packages that are too big to fit at the door. A very big hassel for me as the office is already closed by the time I come home from work everyday. I've never had this issue with other USPS post offices.

Haven’t had issues in the past with USPS but there starting to get super bad on there prices and delivery’s! I had a huge issue with this particular office and I know they’ve lost my business forever!!

The clerk is incompetent. I paid $8 for priority delivery and it’s been 10 days and counting and my package is still sitting in Elk Grove Village.

They're always charging people more money to mail stuff out where is all the money that they're making everyday it's going into their pockets
