I am having the pleasure of working with one of the best designers, Rickie Scott. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens, actually gets your style, great to bounce ideas off of, and works tirelessly to make sure your needs are met. Rickie goes above and beyond.

The ladies in payment area, Ellen, Lynette and Trudy, are always kind and personable.

The delivery team was polite, courteous and professional. They asked permission to walk the route they would need to access for delivery and set up of new furniture. Then took every precaution not to damage anything in home or new furniture. They make the last part of furniture purchase perfect!

The Havertys Furniture at the Villages is great. The store is big, the selection of furnishings is first class. All very beautiful to quality products and their sales staff is very knowable and professional. No pressure! Leslie Green was excellent and we will definitely go back and request her the next time we are in the shop.

After completing the design of our new Villages home, we found Havertys with a quick Google search. We had such wonderful service from David L and Jennifer P, who were able to pull up the model of our new home and ensure that every piece we picked would fit well. We loved the styles, colors and options that we found, and were able to furnish the majority of our home with just a 2 hour visit. David and Jennifer helped us, without being pushy, every step of the way. Along with furniture, we were able to easily find rugs and additional furnishings that go with our design perfectly! Because our home will be finished in 4 months from now, Havertys is holding all of our purchases for us, and we won't have to store it ourselves, wait for special orders, or wait for a delivery date after our closing date. We couldn't be happier!

We were greeted as we entered the store. When we shared we were just browsing , the sales person
said if we had any questions to let him know and he would let us just look. No pressure. When we did have questions, we experienced wonderful customer service. David and Jennifer were wonderful to work with. The store is nicely laid out and easy to browse.

I feel like family when I shop at the store in The Villages. My salesperson Darlene listens to what I’m looking for and just seems to know what I like. This is my second time of making a purchase at Havertys.

Beverly Herden provided a pleasant experience and superb follow up on a minor purchase. We continue to receive cards 9 months after purchase. Thank you.

Our salesperson Cyndi was very pleasant and very helpful with her ideas and expertise. She was not pushy like so many salespeople are. We have not made a decision about our furniture just yet, but Havertys will definitely be on the short list.

David did an excellent job of describing options for our new furniture. Coupled with Jennifer’s design and computer skills, this team would be hard to beat!

We found the perfect table for our home and Darlene was a great consultant! Also excited that the table and chairs are in stock and ready to be delivered on Tuesday!

We visited several times, after making all the usual stops to the various furniture stores. So glad we came back because the Design Sales Consultants were all very helpful.Our primary Design Specialist was Amber Clark (024) was absolutely great. Helping my wife pick & choose through chair & fabric designs.
The ladies also helped us pick some beautiful accent pieces. We definitely recommend stop in and find something to make your house a home.

The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly staff. David Lodestro, is a great professional. His advice was extremely helpful in explaining how we should handle raising our mattress. He even involved store manager who validated what needed to be done. Also advised us on best way to purchase a bedroom dresser we were interested in. Once again a pleasure experience.

The salesperson was very helpful and they had a nice selection but unfortunately it was not exactly what we were looking for.

We enjoyed the process of working with Mindy and Ricki. Both were professional, knowledgeable and coutious.

Beverly Harden was so patient with us as we tried to decide which 2 chairs to buy. Then finding a beautiful table and chairs she took time for me to go home and measure and allowed me more time on the phone with her. Price was good. Took off second shipping charge since we just paid it for the chairs and we bought it all!! Thank you Beverly.
