I love historical buildings for the little details they hold.

I was expecting the delivery of my baby's urn today. The tracking information was stating that it was out for delivery but also was ready for pick up. I explained to the gentlemen what I was expecting and he asked for a few minutes. He immediately called back and said it was on a truck, but the driver was bringing it directly to me. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but my family and I are so grateful for your kindness and the importance put behind the delivery of something so special to our family!

I was impressed with them at the front counter. I'll tell you what, anytime you can interact with some articulate and intellectual Sister Women with people skills, you've got a treasure!

We went to get our passport stuff, and Ashley was awesome! It took a little bit of time for the process, but she took us right away at our appointment. And, for an old Sicilian, I treasure women of color because my wife is a woman of color! And, she has mad people skills also! That's why she was a manager at Abbott laboratories. I love her so much we've been married twice! Lol?! 😆🤣

Ashley and Monique impressed my wife and I so much, we had to drop off coffee and O' Brothers danish, apple fritters, and coffee cake this morning🥹

Daniel, his comment below talks about free boxes but they charge to ship! Well, no kidding! They're going to ship it for free? Lol, that really is not a revelation Daniel......🫢

Wrote Dog, actually wrote a novella! He goes to the Waukegan UPS store to get a label? Then claims it's lost, that he doesn't know where the package is? Why didn't he just take it to the Post Office in the first place? Defective package? The post office doesn't box up your junk! If it's defective, it's because you didn't package it right in the first place!!!! You couldn't wait to put in a claim?!? 2 days? Lol, who's the unprofessional here? It sounds like some con artist shenanigans. 🤔

My daughter was waiting for her concert tickets to be delivered to our address in Cary. She went to track it and it said it was in Waukegan and that there was no such number. We were confused as to why it was in Waukegan when the shipper said the address was correct on the envelope. I contacted the Waukegan post office and honestly didn’t think I would be able to get an answer or resolution. But I spoke with Steve and let me tell you I have never had anyone so helpful ever! This was on Monday 7/18 he told me that he would look in to it and call me back. Steve called me back within 10 minutes and stated it was at the other post office and indeed our address was right on it he had to clue why it was in Waukegan but he would take care of it and get it rescanned and sent back to us in Cary and not to the sender ( that would have been a mess in itself if that happened). And guess what????? It was delivered to us on Tuesday the 19th the next day!!!! I honestly did not think this would all go according to plan and now ,y daughter is happy that her Lolla tickets came! I actually called after we received them and spoke with Steve to personally thank him for following through and great customer service! Steve was very personable on the phone and he is an asset to this post office! Thanks again Steve!😀

Very fast and friendly. I have never has an issue here. Besides, the building is old and beautiful to look at.

Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by Seon. He’s always so friendly, helpful, and positive! If anything, he deserves a raise. Amazing customer service!
