They got my ice coffee just the way I like it ... not all Dunkin's get it right

You used to get a free drink on your birthday in the app. Now you get a whopping 3x points. Big deal. You used to need 200 points for a drink now it's almost 1,000 points. 30 or 50 x would be better.

The lady that works in the drive through has been so nice and helpful.She made my decision to come back to Dunkin' .

I love this Dunkin !!! It is the only one I visit from all the other locations in Waukegan . The service is great especially from Kennedy she is so friendly and makes my coffee just the way I like it . She always has a positive attitude and makes sure you are well taken care off . We have come back every day for a little bit over a month. I love how she greets us with “ hello the usual for you two “ .

Service is always quick and friendly at the drive thru. My drink orders are always correct and delicious.

I NEVER write reviews but let me just say the staff at this location are all super nice!! I’m all about customer service and never get let down! The ladies who are usually there in the mornings are the best! Never have any complaints when I get my order! Keep up the great work!! 😊

Same as always with the dunk.. But here you will get a very decent service and that make a big diffrents in all matters.. The one in Zion IL please stay away these kids are really messing up big time and i will drive 16 min to get what i want in this place the girls are really cool and very happy service.

Good coffee of course, nice staff at this location. Have had simply good experiences at the Grand Ave Dunkin Donuts, even though they just need to get the "out of order" situation with the restrooms addressed, soon I hope.

This location is efficient and gets you in and out quickly. The app is worth it. Only suggestion is the customer service is a little bland. A simple thank you, have a nice day would work.

This is the only location that I'll always have a good experience app they're always friendly they always get my order right they seem to always have the donuts that I want even specialty ones and they also have an extended menu because they have Baskin-Robbins also

My Experience Here For Years Have Been Great, I've been knowing son of the employees for years and we became good friends and I come in at ease to get my coffee almost every day.

I felt safe because all the employees wore masks while preparing the food.

Good service but were all out of donuts!

I took my daughter for an after school treat...this Dunkin Donuts is a very nice neighborhood place with wonderful people working there.

Went in morning, on Mother's Day to get Coffee and Donuts...

I go there for ice cream and the entire staff is wonderful!!!
