Words can't express how grateful and happy I am with this system. So many shops turned me away because I wanted this Pioneer AVIC-W8600NEX installed in my RV. I took a chance and called Grand Audio, I spoke to a young man whom was very nice and he told me to just bring my RV in and they'll help me.

Kimberly greeted me, she's very helpful, she introduced me to Alfonso, this man is AMAZING!!!!! True to life hero! Him and his son got everything taken care of in a short timeframe (especially since it was last minute). I would also like to say he fixed an issue with my rear camera system and I will forever be grateful. Thank you Alfonso, I truly appreciate your help VERY much.

Very helpful and honest. We had my remote start installed and they did a great job. It took longer than we thought because apparently the old remote start was installed incorrectly and was causing issues. They fixed the issues and muy new start is amazing.

Great service, good people, and reasonable prices! My family and i have gotten all of our auto starts here in the last 10 years and have had no issues and are very happy customers! Recommend!

I took my vehicle straight to Grand Audio for tint services after purchasing my car in 2017 and had a great experience. Fast forward to present day 2023, and I started to see some slight bubbling. I took my original receipt in and was able to have it removed free of charge. I will recommend Grand Audio for the great customer service and upholding their warranty. 10/10

The job they did for tint is awesome. Reasonable prices, in 6 months it’s still perfect.

Wasn't happy with the huge box sold to me with my shallow mount alpine sub at a different shop. Came to grand audio and they worked with me on looking up the specs to find the smallest box within alpines recommended specs. Way higher quality box, better gague wire. Overall very clean install. Couldn't be happier with the final result.

This is a very helpful shop. One the technicians helped to pick out a head unit for my car and I chose the Alpine iLX-W650 at a great price. He also helped me understand the audio set up as well. I highly recommend this place. The lady was also very polite. I'll be returning here for sure.
