Jen at the Brookfield (Moorland) store helped me switch out a very old phone with a new phone and plan. By upgrading to a different plan and combining some of my streaming fees she ended up saving me money on my monthly bills! She was knowledgeable and friendly. This is actually the first time I have ever left a cell phone store with a good feeling. Thanks Jen!

Very knowledgeable Sales and Management. I was given all my options and they helped us pick which devices and plans were best for us. Everything was explained and nothing seemed covert. The manager Steve and his crew provided the best customer service experience I’ve had with any cellular provider. Honestly I would definitely recommend this location. I trust them to give honest and trustworthy information about not only devices but also any plan changes. They were also very friendly and fun to work with during the transactions. I don’t give 5 star reviews easily so this was definitely earned.

I switched to T-Mobile about 4 months ago and have had mostly a positive experience. One issue I had was my contacts would get texts from a temp SIM instead of my real number. I called and stopped at 2 other stores and nobody would help me. Ray at the Brookfield Square store went way above and beyond, fixed my problem, confirmed it was fixed, all at no cost or benefit to him or their store. Ray was awesome and that will be my go-to store from now on

The manager of this store was incredible! Very helpful and knowledgeable. He has a great sense of customer service and was patient. He also multitasked and helped multiple people at the same time. He really went above and beyond for us. We went to a different T Mobile store earlier in the day and the staff their was very negative. They told us they wouldn’t be able to get us the discounts we wanted and that we would have to wait three days for our number to be activated. We decided not to even try going back to the Brookfield store and went to this New Berlin store instead. I am so glad we did. They were awesome!

Timariah, JD, and Steven are so helpful! Timariah and JD helped me with my phone grade a few weeks ago after I had two bad experiences at other stores. I drove 45 minutes to go to their store in Brookfield because their costumer service is phenomenal. I came back about a week later with my mom to upgrade her phone and worked with Steven. He has helped me before in the past at a different location and he is so knowledgable and helpful. All three of them are friendly, don't try to sell you things you don't need, and take their time/never rush you. Timariah and JD even stayed late while my phone data was transferring on a Sunday night which was very sweet! 10/10 recommend.

Timariah and JD were not only knowledgeable and helpful, but their energy was also so welcoming and fun. They made a situation that I thought was going to be painful very easy (and it was actually fun!). They were quick to answer any of our questions and explained the process clearly.

By reading these reviews, I can tell that I am not the only one pleased with their work. Great job guys!

Edit: the other employees were friendly and informative as well! We just didn't interact with them as much as Timariah and JD during our visit because they were clocking out.

The manager, Steven, was very helpful and went the extra mile in getting our new phones set up! He made sure we had the right deals and bundles to save us the most money. The other employees were also helpful and patient, even when our baby started to cry.

10/10 experience. Steven, TiMariah, and JD were extremely patient and helpful. I had so many issues with my phone and they never once seemed bothered. I knew that they genuinely wanted to help me. They literally spent all day with me working on my phone (transfering everything from my old phone). Each one of them deserve a raise. Thank you SOOO much guys!!!

JD was friendly right from the very beginning. He was professional, attentive and easy to talk with. I didn’t feel rushed or that he was being pushy. Every ridiculous question I asked, he answered. Timariah and Steven were absolutely amazing and knowledgeable reps who answered all my questions and concerns. I went in to get my daughter a watch as well as myself and they went above and beyond to provide excellent service, I now have a T-Mobile home store that’s definitely better than the rest.

Can't say enough good things about Steve & JD at this store. Friendly, personable, took their time with all my questions. They're the best! [And no, they are not friends or relatives... just outstanding sales staff!]

Our Family has been with T-Mobile for over 20 years and have known Steven (Current Manager) since he started working for the company (7+ years). He has always gone the extra mile when it comes to customer service and creates a long term relationship with his customers. He's always up to date about the newest promotions and deals the company is offering and always upsells products that he knows his customers will be interested in. If this family ever has an issue, we know Steven and his team has our back.

Current representatives at this T-mobile store in the Brookfield mall are very courteous, and polite. Timariah and Dajon were very patient with us, walked us through different options and helped us do the upgrade to the new Iphone 13 Pro Max, data transfers from old to new phone pretty smoothly. We had a very pleasant experience with them. We highly recommend this T-mobile store.

Great service! Came in and got exactly what I wanted 10/10. The guy that helped me was very kind explained everything after waiting an hour at Laytons location and the workers there that seem like they didn’t want to even be there coming to this location was a breath of fresh air!

I was there on 12/9/21 to get a new phone upgrade with new service. Even though it take awhile for my turn but once it’s my turn….Timariah was so friendly, helpful and very professional.
