Love the people at this Post office. Extremely helpful and kind. Matt and Todd are a perfect example of exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work. Thank you for all you do for the community.

This is one of Maine's best post offices. You're not just a statistic. You get courteous, efficient service, there is a fair queing up line if needed, and there's plenty of advice and help if you need it. You'll get the best rates for what you are posting-and it's comfortable to ask for options. Supplies to buy, space to wrap stuff - a clean neat space, plenty & close parking. You'll see that members of the community view this staff with fondness and admiration, with good reason. Now, where are their hours posted?:)

Friendly, fast, helpful with shipping. Seemed to know the regulars by name.

Best post office in this area - hands down!

Needed to mail one package. Only one person was working the desk so the line took much longer than it should have.

A driver had my package out for the entire day yesterday and didn’t deliver. You’d expect them to then deliver it today, but no they are delaying it an additional 2 days sitting on the truck so I can’t even pick it up!

I know you all are short staffed, but I’m really upset to find an Amazon package thrown over my fence in the front yard, in the rain. I live at 250 East Main Street. Our mail box is at the top of the driveway and has been for years. So, the pkg was thrown in the front yard and mail is still sitting in my mailbox that needed to go out today! Beyond frustrated! So happy to be leaving Yarmouth in March!! 10/16/2023

Much like everyone else is saying recently they are failing to deliver mail. They have now held 10 packages between myself and my husband this past week indicating we did not want them. They then do not have them available for pick up either. Today there was a snow storm and I again tried to get my packages as I was home. and the lobby is not open and they will not answer their phones. Because they claimed I refused delivery I now cannot file a claim with Amazon or the other vendors these are from.

Update: they refused to go look for my packages when they reopened their lobby after the storm, and also indicated I would not be receiving delivery until several days from now. They are currently withholding tax documents, and time sensitive packages.

I’ve been to this post office twice in the last week—both times leaving angry and frustrated. The staff here are flat out rude. Their goal is to close as quickly as possible—don’t even think about coming in 15 minutes before closing! I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to Cumberland or Portland than deal with those people.

Holding health care packages for days with no attempt to contact. Any other business would be liable for breach of contract.

I just got a notification saying no access to delivery location. I have a completely plowed driveway. A path to the front door the back door and both side doors. I snowblow a "fireman's" path around my entire house and a path to each door. And they say no access to the location? Bull!! Lazy. So unacceptable.

In my experience, worst Post Office in Maine. Lazy and dishonest.

Forgot to drop off a package to they lied and said I requested it be held for pickup… then they scanned it incorrectly and lost the package
