Super kind people / staff. They had smiles and were easy going. I liked that I had no wait times and I didn't feel rushed either.

After years of driving by...I stopped! I'm so glad I did. Perfect stop on my way to work. Baristas are far more than that. They find out 'who' you've are beyond your name. Best coffee in the area!

I come to this Dutch regularly, every time I come in I am greeted with a friendly face. They are always friendly. Lately they have hired a lot of new people and all of them are learning but are still very friendly! This is my favorite stand to go to around my area. It’s always good to see a smiling face. They know I’m planning my daughters wedding and they always ask how everything is going. Dutch love to you all.

This is the best Dutch Bros I've ever gone to!!! The employees are always so nice and actually care about you as a person and not just a bill, ya know. I've never had a drink be messed up. They always have stickers anytime I've gone on a sticker day! My dog loves stopping by after our trips to the dog park for a pup cup!! Don't listen to negative reviews this one is a thousand times better than gravelly lake :)

We love this Dutch Bros location. We will often go out of our way to get our coffee here. The staff is amazing and our drinks are always delicious.

I love stopping by this location, they have more sugar free options than any other coffee shop. My favorite drink is the sugar free golden eagle, it is made perfect every time. The barista’s here are sweet and they always remember my order!

The staff here are always friendly and upbeat unlike the other location in Lakewood.
I haven't had any issues with my drink being made incorrectly or not being the right temperature-again unlike the other location.
This one is out of my way but I go here because of the service and personalities of the team.

I absolutely LOVE coffee and this Dutch Bros is so close to my house that I am there everyday! They know my name and when I roll up they already know what I’m going to order! They are also so fast that my drink is ready before I even get to the window! Everyone is so nice, its such a VIBEY place to swing by super late at night too.

While all of the above is excellent, what I love the most is the staff! They are ALWAYS welcoming and truly care that the customer has a good experience! The management team is amazing!

Dutch bros coffee is very good and my daughter really enjoys the energy drinks.. customer service is always spectacular.

There's another dutch bros that's like .4 miles closer to my house but I take the extra couple minutes to come to this one cause of the people who work there 💜

I come here almost daily and I love not only Dutch bros, but this location specifically. The people who work here are genuinely all so kind. My drinks are usually amazing. Sure, sometimes they can be off - a little bitter, too sweet, etc. But that happens at every coffee shop, and this location is the most consistent. Overall the quality is great and even on the "worst" day, it's miles better than Starbucks. I love the variety and the flavors.

As for people talking about tipping, if you don't want to tip just say no. I like being asked because I usually say yes. They are quick, efficient and friendly. And they come outside in the rain/cold. Why wouldn't I tip one or two dollars on my order? It's still cheaper than Starbucks. The few times I haven't been asked I've been disappointed because I don't want to be like "Hey! Let me tip" makes me feel weird lol So please keep asking

Today my boyfriend took me to DutchBro’s for the first time in my life! I had outstanding service from the two very kind ladies working this evening - Amber and Nikeisha!

I asked what flavor rebel energy drink Nikeisha recommended, and she surprised me a blended hyperchrome! It was great, and I definitely wanted to leave a positive review. They were both so kind, and very easy to talk to. The world needs more people like them. 10/10 service. 10/10 drink.

Had an Americano the girls had pup cups! The baristas were great and loved the dogs.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, the barista's here are literal saints. I have a complicated drink order and the ones that recognize me always remember it. Incredibly nice people I drive out of my way every morning to go to that stand for the experience and also the delicious coffee. Even their seasonal drinks are to die for. 100 out of 10 highly recommend.

What a nice group of staff. Teamwork among them is prevalent.
The staff at the window always asked about what you're up to. Makes you feel like an individual for a few minutes.
And the drinks are "great".

I go to this Dutch Bros pretty much daily for my morning coffee. All of the broistas are amazing! They know my name and my order, and they are always super upbeat and friendly. Highly recommend!

This review has been long overdue as this is my favorite coffee stand & location (Steilacoom Blvd in Lakewood). Not only do they make the BEST coffee & energy drinks every single time without fail (literally so so good! I have never had a drink there I didn’t like!), but beyond that each and every barista/bro-ista that works at the Steilacoom Blvd location has the most incredible customer service / customer rapport of any establishment I have ever visited! Not only do they treat me like family every time I come through, they also treat my 4 pawed, tail waggin co-pilot the exact same with the warmest greetings and the best puppuccinos around! This is not your average coffee shop where you are just a number in a line, every time I come through the line, I am enthusiastically greeted by every barista/bro-ista and and even inquire how your day is going/and offer well wishes for the day ahead! It always makes my day and puts a smile on my face when I come to this location! ❤
