They worked with me to try and fit preferred and different masks or cushions to stop leaking. I appreciated the help and ability to return unused cushions with postage paid. I also like that they can read my results through the my air app on my Phone to see the problems I am having.

We had a late afternoon appointment, they were able to make it earlier so we could catch an earlier ferry back to the Olympic Peninsula. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the mask fitted. Thank You!

Eric Aramori is the most informative, knowledgeable, and kind person I’ve ever worked with since I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2000. Beyond providing clear information when he helped me set up my bipap, he has continued to be a ready and helpful resource as I try to maximize its use. He does his profession and your organization proud, which I hope his supervisors recognize and reward. He is a gem.

Easy and quick pickup of new medical supplies, complete with competent and friendly staff. Location is a little hard to find because it's on the back side of the building, but the office is nicely set up, comfortable and clean. Thanks Sound Oxygen/AdaptHealth!

Easy transfer of vests to the very lightweight smartvest. The people there are very helpful, making the change of vests so easy. This vest is very lightweight, although the compressor is quite heavy, over 15 lbs. The system is not intuitive but easy to master quickly, especially if you have used a vest before. It is more powerful than my previous vest and I get better clearance of my lungs.

They were quick in taking care of my concerns and switching out my bi-pap when I brought to their attention I received the wrong one. Treated me like a human being a not just a number or dollar sign.
