The staff here does a great job. Aaron and Patrick and the rest are always very helpful. So thankful to have a post office close as to not have to go to downtown Granbury.

So I dont leave reviews very often but I have to this time because Michelle, the Postmaster at the Acton Branch was so very helpful in helping me track and find my packages that I thought were lost. She took my information, looked up my numbers and said she would call me back and thats exactly what she did. Even in this holiday time when everything is so hectic with shipping she was so professional and thorough with my issue I couldnt have asked for anything better or more. Thank you Michelle.

I find the employees here very helpful and friendly. Recently it has taken mail longer to arrive, but not the fault of this post office. There have been times I have not received mail for 3 days which is unusual. Has delivery days changed or not enough carriers to cover delivery area?

Was nervous about going here to do my passport bc of the negative reviews but I'm glad I didn't listen to them! I was under a time crunch without an appt and Daniel was able to quickly finish a family's passports with enough time to squeeze me in before his next appt. He was quick, thorough, and professional... and on a Saturday morning, no less. Thank you, sir!

So many bad reviews so I thought I'd give a good one. Minor normal human error issues but overall everyone is always nice to me and very professional. My mail carrier is the BEST! I can always tell when she's on vacation.....LOL.

Even though they were short staffed today Rhonda Comeau was very kind and approachable, which is important to me because I get nervous in new places. She helped me with my passport paperwork quickly and efficiently and made the experience a positive one.

I have NEVER had a positive experience at a post office but today was different. The staff was overly friendly, quick getting the customers taken care of and the place was so clean! Made my Tuesday!

I personally love the people that work at my local post office..even if I have to wait in line they are always so apologetic and courteous!

This is the only post office that doesn't really suck haha. I always used to go to this one when I lived in Pecan Plantation.

Constantly delivering my mail to the wrong address. Most recently today. I've never had as many problems with mail until moving here.

Edit: called and spoke to someone at the local postal office. Very sweet lady and said it would be taken care of today. Can't ask for much more than that!

They are working hard to keep folks safe while offering good solutions for staying in touch with my loved ones. I love the friendly service, and I have received good advice about the use of gift cards available here.
