Costco Hearing Aid Center

Andrew and Vickie are phenomenal. Those are the two that I worked with over a couple of weeks. Yes, they have some logistics to work out. They need a bigger hearing center for the amount of patients they have. We almost left and took our business elsewhere but because of the customer service and friendliness we received from Andrew and Vickie, we rode it out.

I have had a wonderful experience getting hearing aids here. My fitter is Chris and he is very knowledgeable and empathetic to your individual situation. He takes great care in making sure you are satisfied with your product. I would highly recommend this service.

Amazing service. Much more thorough than most hearing doctors.

Waited for an appointment for 4 months. That appointment was cancelled. New appointment a week later was 45 minutes late. Person I saw was fine but apparently they are short staffed. My hearing aids bought and paid for. Got to store just as it closed due to a power outage for my pickup appointment. Received a message saying they would cb within 24 hours to reschedule. It’s been almost 48. Called them but got an answering machine. Thinking I should have gone elsewhere. I would have given no stars but the person I saw was lovely, though obviously stretched thin.

When I read the positive reviews I wonder if I'm at the same store. Long waits for appointments but the worst part is the "no show" from the staff. I've had 4 appointments and for 2 of them my person either was out or not scheduled for the time frame. No one reaches out to say when someone is out. You drive there, navigate the parking and walk in only to find out there is no one available to help you. The aids may be good. I never got that far but the customer service is lousy!
