Casual, well-lit atmosphere. The escargot and the ravioli are both delicious. I wasn't thrilled with the mussels but maybe it's just the pot I chose (traditional white wine was a bit boring).

I enjoyed myself sooooo much. It was so delicious. My sister got the rabbit stew and loved it. And my friend got the beef stew.

I got the muscles with French ham and my word it was soooooo good. You get sooo much! I ate every single one that I took home for leftovers!

My salad and goat cheese was delicious as well.

So so good. I want to try all the mussels.

Our server was very kind and helpful. We ordered the seafood ravioli and a side of the garlic mushroom. Food was amazing and worth the price. Only thing we had an issue with was the seating since the tables are extremely close together and had someone back their chair into me. Overall, it was a great experience.

Amazing place!!! food is amazing reminds me back of France. The creamy mushroom soup is to die for super creamy and delicious very filling as well. The curry mussel pot with frites were absolutely enticing. The baguette is warm, fresh and delicious. The decor is splendid with all the French posters. Overall amazing experience only thing they need to work on is with their servers to be more attentive.

Food was great and it was only made better by the atmosphere. Going into it we thought it would be fancier and we’re glad it wasn’t! Our server was very knowledgeable about gluten free options (which there are plenty) and everything we had was delicious. I will say that some of the wine/cocktails seem to be priced pretty high, but honestly everything else was great so who cares.

I adore French cafes and this one did not disappoint! The vibe is super French. The mussels are fabulous! THE BREAD was AMAZING. Service was top notch and we enjoyed a delightful dinner here. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely. The food was amazing and the bread was so fresh and warm. Highly recommend getting some pieces to dip in your leftover cheese. Not a cool date night vibe, but definitely cozy and familiar. Staff is very attentive, but let you enjoy your meal and the atmosphere. Looking forward to returning even if it’s just for the bread.

A lively place for traditional French fair, Bistro du Coin never disappoints. I've eaten here many times and everything on the menu is delightful. Go for the variety of mussel preparations, stay for the lemon tart and coffee.

Good food, friendly and efficient staff, incredibly quick service. My favorite was the French onion soup. I got the chocolate mousse to go, which was also fantastic. The restaurant was busy, but they are a very well-oiled machine and I still got great customer service. Definitely recommend!

My husband’s all time favorite place in DC! So it was the obvious choice to celebrate our anniversary there! My first time and I absolutely loved it! Having lived in Brussels this French bistro reminds me of the bistros in Brussels! Simply loved it! From our starters to the mains!!

Highly recommend anyone to visit and enjoy true French cuisine!

LOVED this place! Escargo was INCREDIBLE, save the sauce to dip your bread, trust me!

BESTTTT French Onion soup and I try it everywhere I go, wine was divine, main was incredible.

Will return and bring our kids. Great staff and environment!

We spotted Bistrot Du Coin as we walked past and I'm glad we stopped to check the menu. I made reservations for the following night and we were not disappointed.

The Moules a la Bretonne (mussels in a wonderful lobster bisque) was delicious, so flavorful and rich! The smaller portion was still enough for two.

The Filet de Boeuf Poele was tender and it, too, was a nice portion. The meal definitely satisfied my craving for French cuisine.

The restaurant is very busy so if you're intending to go, reservations are recommended.

Great brunch experience here on a Saturday. The food comes out so fast! The coffee is decent, free refills. They have a LOT of seating here so that is a plus. The decor here is very authentic to its establishment and feels rather cozy. The sausage came out looking undercooked (see photo) but it may just be the coloring of the sausage. Either way it was it that appealing compared to the omelet. Photos as of May 2019.

The rabbit stew was amazing! It was recommended to me; I wouldn’t of thought to order it. But it was so good! The meat fell off the bone. And the mustard sauce was delicious! Great wine too.

Old style looking French bistro with a flavor of home cooking. I love the Grilled spicy sausages made with lamb & beef over couscous and Mediterranean-spiced vegetables which reminded me of my family’s cooking. Can’t wait to go back and try some of their other dishes .

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the mini ravioli with seafood and mushroom as an entrée and crème brûlée for dessert and was thoroughly impressed by both. I’m someone who typically gets very bored with pasta dishes but that couldn’t have been further from my experience with this ravioli dish. It was rich and tasty all the way through. And the crème brûlée was sweet but not overwhelming, and was of the perfect creamy texture. My friend got the beef stew and said the meat was tender and the stew well seasoned.

Highly recommend! But either make a reservation or get there earlier in the evening because it gets packed - understandably, given how delicious it is!

The meat was just as I ordered, French fries were amazing, next time I will starve myself the day before so that I can try more of their delicious food. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.

My waitress, I think her name is Julia, was impeccable! She made our experience worthwhile. Her extensive knowledge of the menu really made it easy for us to make our final decisions when choosing meals. We truly enjoyed our dinner And will, for sure be returning very soon
