This was a hidden little gem not too far off of interstate 85. I travel frequently between Charlotte and Atlanta and there are not many healthy choices that are quick. This place is in a small no frills strip mall but the food was excellent. The prices were also very reasonable and the staff very friendly. It will become one of my favorites along the journey.

Very cute little place with yummy food! Not your usual deli or sandwich place. This place has unique offerings that are a little more modern. It did take a few minutes to get some side dishes of potato salad and pasta salad but it was worth the wait!

I used Black Sheep Cafe for a corporate lunch event last week. I had never heard of them before, but will definitely use them again in the future. Elizabeth and Amy were great to work with. We opted for individual orders, instead of catering trays, for a better variety for my team. Food was tasty and arrived on time. Not one person complained about their lunch. Can't wait to dine-in next time. If you're on the fence...just give them a shot!

We used this company for our ~200 person wedding and they were excellent. affordable and the food was raved about. I highly recommend them for a catering event!

I highly recommend checking out Black Sheep Cafe, as it offers a delightful dining or walk-in/order to-go experience. One of my favorite menu items is their chicken salad sandwich served in a buttered croissant. The combination of the tender chicken and the flaky croissant is simply irresistible. I also had the opportunity to enhance it by adding some fruits and nuts, which took its flavor to a whole new level of deliciousness. If you're looking for a tasty and satisfying meal, don't miss out on this gem of a cafe. The staff are all friendly and nice, too.

They never disappoint. Everything is equally good. The salads are awesome, so are the burgers. The chicken salad croissant is great. Their fries are perfect. Not to talk about the take and bake, singles or family sized! Try it, you won't regret it!

This is why you skip the franchises. The chef(s) obviously put their heart into the business and food. I had a rib and Jamaican jerk chicken combo with Mac n cheese all of which was amazing. Mustard based BBQ sauce was equally fantastic.
We were on our way home to Charlotte and decided to stop. Glad we skipped the usual fast food options.

We had the honor of Black Sheep Catering cater our wedding. Elizabeth is exceptional. She reached out when we changed our plans and offered to scale the menu to meet our needs. She provided 3 delicious options based off our favorite foods and later added a kid's menu. She prepared a Mexican Korean fusion taco bar with the most amazing chocolate mousse and fruit display for the cocktail hour. It was perfect, and our guests raved about the food! I highly recommend Black Sheep Catering! Elizabeth, thank you for sharing in our special day! We can't wait to visit your restaurant and meet your sweet family!

Finally got the opportunity to try this little Cafe after hearing so many great things and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Very friendly staff, service was great and most of all, the food was AWESOME! I must recommend the fried green tomatoes with inhouse pimento cheese and jalapeño jam. DELICIOUS

Such great, fresh food! And the take and bake family dinner is a great deal too. Everyone is super friendly as well!

Stopped in today to grab a salad for myself and the hubby for lunch and we were both super impressed! The salads were HUGE and the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. I had the chef salad with an amazing raspberry vinaigrette dressing. My husband had the Cobb with buffalo chicken and ranch dressing. We are going to order a take and bake dinner this week!! Please don’t hesitate to try this place out!

Food is delicious. Their fruit and nut chicken salad is great, I eat it about once a week! I've never had a bad meal from Black Sheep Cafe.

My wife and I love this little place and eat here when we are in Piedmont at lunch. There Turkey Swiss Croissant is amazing. I need to try more stuff on the menu but everything sounds great but the Croissant is so good I hate to not get it. I was a bit disappointed last time I went because there fries were not the fresh cut fries I was used too. Not sure if that was a recent change or what but I'm not keeping me from going back. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I like supporting local businesses like this.

Just had an excellent lunch here. I had the cheeseburger and broccoli salad and my wife had the carnitas burrito special. Everything was made fresh and was very delicious. Just an all around pleasant place to eat as well. Will definitely be back!

My first visit and I was so impressed with the quality. Gluten-free options, fresh ingredients. If I lived in Piedmont I'd be there every day for lunch. The catering brochure is impressive. I can't wait to go back and try something new.

Love the staff here, has a great atmosphere, and the food is always fresh. Always have some kind of special for the day that is delicious. They are more than willing to work with people for catering, and their take-and-bakes are awesome for a night you don't particularly want to cook.
