This post office makes up for the terrible other ones! The employees are helpful and nice. It's clean and typically quick service.

I really enjoyed this post office. It was the FIRST time I ever really felt like the postal workers wanted to help me. I actually saved money by the clerk recommending that I use another box to ship within California. The best part was that the clerk gave me good old fashioned customer service. I have gone to the post office in Montgomery Village and been treated like I was applying for welfare-just plain rude. The post office in Windsor Ca I can highly recommend-the staff is excellent and friendly.

It should be no secret USPS has its issues. But the Windsor location is as good as it gets. I had a internet based business in Sonoma County for 10+ years. This was the only place I trusted to get a P.O. Box and send packages. My only advice is if you are a retail customer avoid after 3pm because the lines get ridiculous.

Marc, Is absolutely THE postal guy in Windsor that represents the old fashioned postal service, the completely professional organization of yesteryear, which I know it strives to be but he's nailed it and should be accorded the praise for this level of service.

This location is having quite a bit of issues with their service; They've lost my packages more than once and they never assume their responsibility. Interesting the last time I was there another customer made comments on the same issue/problem.
Their service needs to improve a lot!!!

Small post office
Monday through Friday as when they have the front office staff there and you can get cards and packaging stuff also if you need a post office box they do have those I don't know if they have any available--they run about $150 every six months, the staff are helpful and nice

I can't understand why a package can't be left at my door. I just came home to a soaked package sitting outside my gate, when all the delivery person had to do, was open the gate and set it at my door out of the rain. UPS does this, FedEx does this, DHL does this, but the post office insists on leaving it out, knowing that it's raining. Why?

Why does this post office always have an insane amount of people? The line is almost always going out the door. We either need to expand the size of the post office or get more staff or something. It's always more than a half an hour wait.

Mailed gift cards three times to different people.
All three never got there.

This post office ! Had a horrible experience! With so many complaints, why doesn't the postmaster or upper management do something about this?!
The clerks are not friendly , the manager told me that I should do something different to help. It used to be when the post office took pride in how they operate & treat their customers, these days they have no respect to say the least! Please do something! Mail delivery is horrible!
