Love it here! The employees are always super friendly and helpful! I've been to quite a few different McDonald's, probably 40+, and this one by far is the best. The food is always hot and if a simple mistake is ever made they are always apologetic and fix it immediately without hesitation!

10/10 without a doubt going again!

The food was hot and fresh! I was actually impressed with this McDonald's..I'd definitely stop again.....

Very clean. Wonderful employees. Delicious food and fast! Great restrooms. The play place is the best I've ever seen for small children.

I was so happy that the billboard on the freeway told me the exact exit to take to get here. It was spot on. When I got off the freeway, it was right there when I made the right turn. I was happy to find that it was open late. There is a possibility that they are open 24 hours. A win-win situation for me. The food was fresh and the soda tasted just right.

It's super early, 5AM. They were the only ones open. And I work mornings starting at 1am and I can't tell you how much I appreciate you guys. I know it's early but I'm so thankful for yall feeding me. ❤

The employees work really hard here and it can get really busy being the only place open 24 / 7 and located in a high traffic area. I mostly come in to pick up Doordash orders. They usually have my order ready in a reasonable amount of time.

Staff in McDonald's are efficient in timely delivery in practically non-stop drove-thru. I'm pushover for their crispy deluxe chicken sandwich, great breakfasts on the go, and consistently good coffee.

I mainly use drive thru. I again ordered 2 cups of black coffee.
Both cups had caps on. But were spilling
Boiling hot coffee onto both my hands.
This happens EVERY TIME ! You need to Tell employees not to completely fill hot liquid into paper cups. The pressure of holding the cup makes the coffee rise and flow out of the capped cup.

I'm not supposed to be eating fast food per my doctor. I must admit that I'm addicted to the breakfast sausage burritos. Iced coffee and breakfast burrito a great start to the day. Keep this between us. Thank you!

Hot Fries we're amazing! Great service. Spanish speaking too. Updated inside and a play area for the kids. I had a great time. The burger- signature mushroom + Swiss=gross.

FINALLY a McDonald's that has Orange Hi-C available!
Not only is Windsor itself a lovely and charming community, but this particular franchise has heard the cry of multitudes and has delivered!
As an added bonus, the food was fresh and hot. The hamburgers actually tasted of ground beef instead of McMystery Meat.
All the blue powerade in the world won't wash the taste of defeat out of other Mickey D locations mouths.
Anyone interested in a classic McDonald's experience needs to visit the location in Windsor: your gratitude will outperform your guilt.

ok this is a message for all of you people, my mom works at mcdonald’s and she works her butt off in there trying to earn money for me and my sister. And don’t say “it’s the worst i’ve ever been to or seen, or replace it with in n out” because everyone there, i know personally, their poor and are trying to earn for their family. Also never say “the staff is Mexican and rude” that’s kinda racist and rude towards Mexicans including me, a mexican.(To White Americans)How would you feel if i said “staff was white and rude” huh? I swear i am about to swing💀also be grateful that your at least getting food instead of saying “they took 15-20 minutes🙄Be grateful that your at least getting food while some people don’t have food or haven’t eaten in years.

Awesome, Most Personable McDonald's I've been to in years. The manager, Michelle, and her team, tonight, were Great! The store looks a little disheveled, and THERE was a little issue, but they dealt with it, and were totally honest. They have heart in a job that probably doesn't pay very much. Normally, I stop at McDonald's north of here, in Ukiah, and Eureka, and up there it's like dealing with robots, who are not personable at all. I will make a point to stop here AGAIN. Keep up the good work!

If, btw, MORE MCDONALD'S were Friendlier, I would stop for the $1 coffee & cookies, instead of going to Starbux, but Starbux is often friendlier (Just in case Corporate ever reads this).

I appreciate how hard the people work in that fast pace environment! I try to make them laugh &smile that makes a difference. Very sweet lady makes my Iced Carmel Macchiato Perrfectly !!

Mac D's was a saviour very on my very busy day. Ordered 16 cheese burgers n 6 large fries.and a bag of ice. 15 minutes later,headed for some really hungry Grand children.grandpa was the hero of the day.😁

Excellent coffee, hash browns. The buy one and get one for a dollar deals are good too

All fresh and DELICIOUS taste,it was worth the travel at 1:30am and under 2min with four cars in drive-thru. Thank you for bringing back my SMILE

I love McDonald's the only problem they have is not enough employees so they get backed up sometimes the employees are really nice I like them all but they do need more employees in there
