Build-A-Bear Workshop

I went to build a bear at the providence place with my boyfriend last night 5/25 and got the new summer Chameleon! The staff were so sweet and made my experience excellent. The employee at the stuffer asked questions about my new furry friend and his attributes/possible names which made the experience so fun and nostalgic! Thank you so much for this experience! This is one of the best build-a-bear experiences I’ve ever had!

My son had his fourth birthday here and had so much fun! The customer service is top tier here. Everyone was so kind and after the party all the kids were so happy to have their bears. Our party leader was amazing and really got the kids excited! I would 100% recommend have a party here. This is our new favorite store!

We build this bear to see our new Marine that graduated in June 2022. The sale person made it Marine strong. We love it!

Went to B-A-B for the first time on a date with my boyfriend; we got matching sloth plushies. Shelly helped us stuff them and do the heart ceremony, and Nate checked us out (and even pronounced our last names properly, haha!). Both were lovely, the store was clean and well organized, and the whole process felt like healing my inner child. I highly recommend this location, and can't give kudos enough to Shelly and Nate!

My boyfriend took me here for Valentine’s Day. Spent about $85 for a teddybear with all the works. We put a personalized message in him, a strawberry scent, clothes and accessories. Best memory is my boyfriend pressing on the pump that stuffs the bear. We made something together and I recommend every couple no matter the age to try this

I at 19 years of age finally decided to build a bear and I made a Harry Potter themed bear!! Mine is a Slytherin and even has a wand! I would definitely recommend!

I went in with my 1 yr old tonight, the girls working were amazing! Very kind and good with kids.. it was my child’s first time coming here and they made it amazing for her. my daughter had smiles on her face the whole time in the store. I can’t wait to go back

Celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday here, they were so spectacular!!!! Our host Sabrina went above and beyond and my party sure was testing all patience and limits but she never lost her smile! My daughters birthday was something we will never forget!

Brought my kids at 13,14 because they never went as a kid. Even at that age, the girl filling them was great with them, and knew how to interact and get the little ones to get the experience that build a bear should be. Thumbs up!

I was at the Providence Place Mall Build-a-Bear with my boyfriend. I have to say, the young girl working the front desk, Stephanie, was the sweetest, nicest person I have ever encountered. She was genuinely happy to help and be sure we were happy and having a good time! I could not be more thrilled to have had her help us! She was just adorable.
I also have to mention that the gentleman that helped us when we initially entered the store, Marcus, was very helpful and charming as well.
What wonderful employees this location has!

I take my daughter every year for her birthday. The staff is always amazing. Usually always a good deal and the "pay your age" birthday bear is cute!!! We LOVE this build a bear

The process was quick and easy, and the staff were super helpful and fun. They made me do a little dance when making a wish on the heart. I had a good time.

Nate was by the far one of the nicest people I’ve met, made it such a wonderful experience for us!

I went to get the Mandolarian Baby for our granddaughter. I'm 50 and I love this store. They still went through all the steps with us.. It still brings out the little kids in my husband and I.

Great place to go for kids and adults as well. The clerks there are very cheerful and helpful. If you can't find what you're looking for they are more then eager to help you. I can't say enough great things about this wonderful store.
