love this place, although a bit pricey but the staff is usually so helpful and they wrap it all so nicely.

This store has the best shea butter products for skincare. My daughter loves their products. Although there were no summer specials for my purchase the salesperson found a 20% coupon for me. Now that's great customer service!!!

Went in today and was helped by Jason, he was awesome! He was so nice and pleasant and helpful, I wanted to grab the free in store gift but they were out of the one I was looking for so he substituted it with another along with some awesome samples! Not only does L'Occitane have amazing products, they have an amazing staff!

This is a FANTASTIC store. Sales rep and manager were so nice and helpful to me. Went above and beyond for me to make me a happy customer. Will definitely be back again instead of buying online! The products you get from here are well worth the money. Give them a try!

I visited your store location at the West Farms Mall today and was greeted by the store manager Alyssa Savage. Not only was Alyssa very friendly’, but she also knew the products and was very helpful, I was impressed with her customer service and absolutely think she is an asset to your store, Also....Hands Down, these are the BEST products ever,

L'occitane at Westfarms is a great store with great sales people. While the products are very good the people at this location make it an experience! Every salesperson that I have interacted with has been knowledgable and friendly and not high pressure at all. The products work as stated (I've used pretty much some of each product line) and the men's line was a lifesaver for son with sensitive skin. Well worth a visit!

Staff are SO sweet and helpful, obsessed with every product. Can be little pricey but the products are excellent quality, definitely worth the investment. So many samples with purchases! I’m hooked!
