I went to this location several times when I chose my new Motorola phone. Each time I dealt with Emily and her coworkers they were patient, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I also had a minor issue with a case I purchased and Emily immediately replaced it for me. This location has my highest recommendation.

Today I was with Olivia. She transferred all my stuff over. Even though my phone was broke, she was able to do it. Thank you so much, Olivia, you are the best. I recommend everyone go to Olivia at T-Mobile West farms mall.💕😊😊

I was sold my screen protector improperly. When i went to have it exchanged, no T-mobile store would help me because my order couldn't be found. I figured I'd try one last time before just buying a new one and came to this location. The representative who helped actually took the time to find my order! I was able to get a new screen protector and I am very happy! This location for sure proved that they care for their customers.

I went to 3 stores and no one can fix my problems. Not only did this location take their time hearing my problems, but also fixed each one and walked me through everything to do. Will NEVER waste my time going to other stores. Looks like Westfarms is finally a repair store again.

Oly was great! He took his time to explain us all the promotions that TMobile had to offer and was very patient with all our questions and concerns. He did a fantastic job. Great work the entire T Mobile Staff at Westfarm Mall. Take a bow Oly! Your commitment and dedication to helping the customers is infectious.

The dealer store on Wethersfield messed up my account. Oly went above and beyond to get everything fixed. Very satisfied with this corporate store and will only work with Oly from now on

Walked in the store considering to change service providers. Left store keeping mine but the staff and location was very professional and knowledgeable.

Yesterday was my first time purchasing a phone as a T-Mobile customer and formally a Sprint customer. After I bought my phone and brought it home I realized it wasn’t the best match for me. I went down to T Mobile the next day hoping I could return this phone and purchase a phone that suited me better. Of course upon my arrival my adrenaline is soaring because I’m thinking of all these fees I will get stuck paying. I was greeted by two associates (Emily P. And Don M.) I let them know my situation and to my surprise NO hard time given at all. They were both understanding, helpful, changed my phone over, and waived the fees no questions asked. I was literally in and out and couldn’t have had a better experience!!!

We appreciate the time Emily spent with us to clean up the pop up apps . She was knowledgeable & kind .

This store I have visit a few times for questions and screen saver replacements ( I have two toddlers). Each time I have been helped by wonderful people who are kind a knowledgeable. I would drive out of my way to go here again for help.

Oly was the most help person that I have had in a long time with t mobile. Ask form when you go in the west farms mall t mobile store.

I would like to give my review about the store manager named Angel Perez at this Westfarms Mall Sprint Store. Angel was very professional, calm, and patient despise the very hectic and crazily busy time at the store. I did not only judge Angel based on how he treated us, but also how he treated other customers/people who came asking him all kinds of questions even though he was busy helping us. Angel was always calm and patient. Overall, we are happy with the store service in general and with Angel Perez specifically!

Would like to thank Michael E. Nelson manager and this worker Gonzalo who helped me figure out an app issue I was having with the phone and Snapbrige app for Nikon cameras. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable both stood with me patiently and let me use a S9+ floor model to test an app. Because of them I was able to resolve my issue. I would highly recommend this branch for any tech and cell phone troubleshoot.

Great service!! Jose is very knowledgeable and very professional. Went in to get an upgrade and walked out with getting 2 new phones and set of speakers and He still saved me 36$ a month on my bill.

Great location!! The employees and managers really try to do everything possible to give you the best experience. I prefer this location over any other! It’s unfortunate when some customers come in and treat the employees like garbage because I’ve always seen this store go above and beyond for the customers.
