Lush Cosmetics Westfarms Mall

Our daughter had her 10th birthday party here and it was AMAZING! 10/10 I would recommend to everyone and anyone. The staff had so many activities planned for the girls that kept them laughing and having a blast the entire time. Even the parents got involved in the fun and we had a great time! I especially loved that the parties can be before or after the store opens/closes that way you have the place to yourself. Thank you Kayla and Rea so much for making this experience memorable for all the kids and parents. See you again for her 11th!

I just want to say thank you to Princess! Yesterday, we received the best customer service from start to finish. We were greeted the second we walked in the store. Princess was extremely knowledgeable about the LUSH cosmetic products. Princess gave the best recommendations, I spent well over 130. It was well worth it!!! Thank you for being so attentive and polite. We need more people in the world like this. Thank you.

Brooke Dasha you guys did the best job ever with me and my daughter facial masks. Brooke showed us around and introduced us all the natural Vegan products our faces feels amazing can't wait to come back !!!! Love it

I went into lush with my family and Rae helped us and he was absolutely amazing. They let us test out a bath bomb and went so in depth while explaining products. We will absolutely be back and thank you so much rae!

I love Lush products, especially the colognes, skin care and hair care products. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Though the store is smaller than other Lush stores, there is always a great selection. If there is a seasonal product, this Lush will have it.

Dasha was so sweet & patient. She showed me some skin products & even help applied them for me. I felt really welcomed.

Rae was amazing first time in the store was amazing. Also princess was awesome.

I went to the Lush store Saturday in the Sono Mall in Norwalk. The staff was very friendly and helped me find the perfect facial mask.
Love the mask! I will be returning to purchase more.

I always love Lush. One of best brands around. As of right now the stores are open but you can't go in. But they give you A class service helping you get all your Lush needs. The products are made in North America, Canada..no animal testing! Amazing scents. Also great bath bombs. I use hair shampoos, conditioners. Face mask like rosy cheeks and cup of coffee as well. I enjoy sex bomb and peachy bath bomb. I just don't recommend black bath bombs they can stain your bathtub, I don't feel like it's a permanent stain to the bathtub but it can be a pain in the butt to clean. They also have body spray which is so amazing!!! I can't wait to go back in the store and shop for myself!

First time using Lush. Davi & the other gals working spoiled me. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a store. The products I tried were absolutely fabulous! I got gifts for my favorite people and will definitely be back!

I love Lush! The bumblebee scrubee is my absolute favorite thing to use. The associates are very pleasant and helpful. Always willing to share samples of new and popular products. Mikayla helped me on my last visit. She was such a gem!

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They encourage you to test things and have a great amount of knowledge on each product. They were phenomenal with my little girl, and allowed her to have her own amazing experience as well.

Lovely staff that make me feel so welcomed. They’re helpful but not overbearing like Lush employees are known to be. Great store :)
