Michael is incredible to work with. Words that come to mind to describe him during my first-time home buying experience with Michael are: patient, helpful, respectful, honest, hard-working and kind. He went above and beyond my expectations. I'm so grateful that I connected with him for the purchase of my first home. I would without any doubt recommend him to family and friends, and I for sure will come back to him when I need his services in the future.

Mike is la crème de la creme of realtors, it is so strange how I got to appoint him, I was extremely dissatisfied with my previous realtor serving my “farm “ community Orange Tree subdivision in Orlando, she refused to do multiple open houses.
I canceled the listing .

I needed some repairs done, my opposite neighbor was doing major renovations, I walked over to the guys and asked if they could do those for me, they recommended Mike , I thought I guess this is a sign from the Universe, even though he was an hour away from me.
I could have gone to my local Dr Phillips Sotheby’s but my gut told me otherwise.

Mike gave me amazing tips as how to make my home look more appealing to the buyer without spending a ton, he said I can not impose my taste on potential clients, I needed to repaint certain areas with a more neutral color and take out chunky furniture and classical art.

Mike did a whopping 22 open houses, every Saturday and Sunday without complaints, until I got a contract. He marketed my home very well with amazing pictures, flyers for visitors , plus his wife is a mortgage broker which is also super handy, she does her utmost to get people qualified.

Mike goes beyond his real estate duties , can’t recommend him enough!!!

Michael helped me purchase my 4th home in 25 years. I was new to the area, and he showed me several different areas to consider. Michael was phenomenal, every step of the way. He coordinated to show many houses, helped me negotiate a few offers, spent the day with me and the home inspector, made a list of utility options, shared home insurance options, contractor options, and even after purchase, came to my house to coordinate a contractor repair while I had to run to work. Michael went above and beyond, and is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time buying a house with Michael.HIs knowledge of the entire area was so helpful.He spent hours listening to our wants, discussing the pros and cons , and showing us appropriate choices. He took care of every detail with the closing. Michael is very low key, patient and thoughtful person. He was the perfect resource in this crazy Florida real estate market .

Michael was phenomenal!!!! He worked tirelessly day and night to find us homes to view that fit what we were looking for. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explain things we were unsure or unaware of. He was open and honest about every property we viewed or showed interest in and shared his professional opinion on potential setbacks/hurdles we might face. Once we found the home we wanted Michael was our biggest advocate and went to bat to get us what we wanted and continued to follow up and make sure things were done efficiently and correctly. I definitely recommend Michael and will use him again in the future!

As a first time homebuyer, I was very unsure of the home buying process and challenges. Michael took those fears away and explained everything to us every step of the way. He is one of the most patient and kind people I know. He treated us like family and was always positive that we would find the perfect house for my family and he did!! My husband and I met Michael at an open house in November of 2019 and immediately we hit it off. He was such a joy to work with. Michael took the time to show us numerous houses and work hard to get the best deal possible. He followed up on numerous occasions, working well into the evenings and weekends, to help us find the home we desired.

Michael is amazing! He helped us find a home for myself and three roommates in the Altamonte Springs area for under $2000 a month, (we are renting) and it had most if not all our needs. He took everything we requested into consideration and didn't bat an eye when a specification changed.
