I called ABE Pools on Monday morning to inquire about having our pool closed as our previous pool maintenance man unfortunately passed away. The experience was great. Very responsive and communicated thoroughly. Our pool was closed today (2 days later). Their crew of 4 came out and got everything done and taken care of for us. I’m looking forward to having them open in the Spring.

Really professional work, my pool looks like new. They installed new marble coping and a new liner. They winterized pool and my jacuzzi . The workers are polite and professional. They were on time every time. Prices are perfect. They set a high example of what a pool company should do. One thing I see which most companies are missing is pride in their work. They have pride. Great job we’re happy.

Had interaction with young Driver and called company to notify them. The business owner called me twice to apologize and follow up. Super responsive company. Excepted feedback and took corrective measures. Company seems to take customer satisfaction and public relations. Very seriously. Business owners demonstrated zero tolerance for any negative behavior. Wish I could give a higher rating based on safety alone.

Where do I start? Mustafa, Yunus and crew have been amazing. We had a pool that was lifted more than 4” on the deeper end due to previous owner emptying the pool without removing the plugs. Left us with a nightmare for a pool. I contacted Mustafa and sure enough, that same day he swung by to check it out. Him and Yunus explained the entire process thoroughly and told me it would take 20 days for the repairs to be complete. Of course I never expected to hold him to his word on the 20 days BUT instead he got it all done in 18. We are more than happy with our pool and the work they have provided along with every contractor that he brought in. I definitely would recommend ABE Pools to anyone in need of pool service. As far as I’m concerned, they are the best in the Lehigh Valley. Thanks guys! We appreciate all the hard work in making our pool new again.

We had a 50 year old pool that needed a facelift and ABE Pools did an amazing job restoring it back to it's original beauty. They removed the old coping, replastered and added a salt water system. ABE pool designed and installed our swimming pool 5 years ago. The design was exceptional in that it was exactly what we wanted AND it maximized all our available space including an enlarged . We absolutely love our pool. We are first time pool owners so the care that Abepool provided during Design, Installation and Operation was outstanding. Everyone in the organization is amazing. Even today, if we have a question or need help in any way, Abepool is our first call. I can't even begin to tell you how comforting it is to have this ongoing support and guidance. It's almost like you become part of their family. This is beyond customer support! ..you never feel stranded and their expertise is the best. I know our neighbors don't have this support from their pool companies. We are so happy that we had abepool design and build our pool!

Yunus and Mustafa have been opening and closing our pool for the past six years. When we first met, they recommended that we simplify the pipe setup. They also diagnosed and corrected a leak in our pool system. We have not had an issue since. They are professional and they work hard at accommodating clients. I highly recommend ABE for all pool related services.

I have nothing but good things to say about Abepools. I got my inground pool resurfaced and retiled. Mustafa was very responsive, informative, and always available. He kept me posted through the whole process and let me know all the costs upfront. His team was professional and efficient. Mustafa even came over short notice on a holiday to help fix a separate problem with my filter. I highly recommend.

We renovated our concrete pool with Abe pool and are so happy with it! The pool looks great after 18 years and the process was so easy with their staff. We are very glad we found ABE pool we have been looking to renovate our concrete pool with new concrete decking, replacing coping ,tiles, and resurfacing plaster they did some really greatly work done which is worth it to put money into your backyard pool. Looks amazing again
