Michaels

Michaels is a pretty neat store. I originally went there trying to look for oil-based paint markers, which I found there. It looks like a pretty cool craft store depending on what you're looking for. I also even found plain colored T-shirts and I found a great looking green one.

Always a nice quick visit. I've never been in here & not found what I needed. Great very helpful staff! Always very good sales & low normal prices. Plus sign up for their email coupons.

Something must have happened at this Location. It has been night and day recently. The employees seem happier and the store is nicer and cleaner. It is almost like they got a new rockstar of a store manager or something. Glad to see this location returning to glory. I have always loved Michaels.

I was in today at the Hanford, CA store to get some help with the what seems like a million of boxed and bagged photos from my and my husband’s families. The cashier, Christopher, was on hand to help me and he was amazing! He is definitely an employee whose abilities go farther than checking people out. He was such a help and made this a pleasant experience. Thank you, Christopher!

Kelly was so helpful today when I asked if they had more of a particular frame I needed for my brother's wedding in stock. They ended up not but Kelly gave great effort into finding out if they did or didn't. Great customer service!

Everytime I plan a trip to Michaels I know it's going to be a great experience. I have never had a bad experience and every single team member is so incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I wish everywhere I shopped had employees like the Hanford Michaels. Kudos to every single team member and thank you for always going above and beyond.

Update: Another great experience! Saved tons with the rewards program. The young man who checked me out also helped me carry my bulk purchase to the car. As a disabled person, I really appreciate that. Keep up the great work!!!

I always love Michaels. The staff is always super helpful. I get almost all of my crafting and decorating supplies here. Sign up for the rewards program and take advantage of framing. Excellent work!!! The Hanford store frame shop is top notch!!!

I placed an order for about 20 pots online for curbside pickup. When I went to pickup two older employees came out to deliver it, I had already opened the trunk.

The brought a big box with them, stacked all the pots neatly inside AND THEN used some reusable bags I had in the trunk to wrap each stack they made so they were not touching and did not break during my drive home.

I did not ask them to do this and they didn't mention anything when they were done. They just waved and said I was good to go. I wish I had gotten their names because I think they deserve some recognition! Couldn't have been happier with their service and all pots arrived safely home without any damage! Thanks again!

I was just casually shopping today but the cashier, a tall pretty young woman, was very nice and even complimented me about my hair as it is quite vibrant. I'm hard of hearing and the masks and barriers make it even more hard to hear. I made her repeat herself for which I do apologize. But again I'd like to thank you. Sometimes a compliment like that goes further than you might think.

I love going to Michael's they always have good deals in store but they also have coupons that save you a lot of money. Is a nice organize place where the staff is always happy to help. You can also Download the app that will give a much better experience, you can scan the bar code. Hope this review is helpful.

Not to many people to reach out and assist me. Cashier can be more enthusiastic about my choice of store to do my shopping. Overall I love the daily coupons and quality of merchandise and have a wide variety.

The store always has what I need. I was looking for individual cake decorating tips and they have a really good selection there for cheap. I only needed one and I paid less than $2 for it which is awesome.

Great place to shop for the arts and crafts essentials. They have almost everything you may need for drawing, painting, and even kids art projects. Employees are super nice and they always help you find what you need.

They could have their 5 stars back heard the general manager from Visalia left this nice location. Timithoon/ Timithong or whatever the big guys name is……

I love Micheals. They have a great rewards program and excellent coupons and best of all they do not have a political agenda. I crochet, sew and bake and my daughter draws and paints and they always have the supplies we need at a reasonable price.

I was on a restock shopping trip for materials that I don't normally use or purchase, and was able to find all of the material needed at a reasonable price in the quantities desired. The person I did the shopping for was quite pleased with the quality and selection of merchandise I purchased.
