The customer care, courtesy and kindness I received from Grey was one of the best in any store I've been in lately and recently.

I mostly use this place for Amazon returns, which they process very quickly. Sometimes there is a small line but it moves quickly. I have also used this location for laminating small items. If you dont have a roll of tape or padded envelope, they have that as well and can charge you for those items and shipping at the same time. Everyone here is very nice as well

My associate Yvette was very helpful.
She went the extra mile to help me with my international shipment! Super thankful she made my visit almost stress free.

It’s so busy in the holidays, I came in turning books in & needed a live scan. Unfortunately I was not prepared. Luckily store clerks were able to help me in this location, they were super patient with me, I appreciate their help!

The UPS Store in Hanford is great. Staff is professional, polite, and helpful. Great variety of services available and they adhere to Covid 19 guidelines which makes me feel safe. I recently used their Live Scan fingerprintinf service for my employer. I lost my receipt necessary for my employer to reimburse me the cost. I phoned the store and they quickly located the transaction and provided a receipt via email saving me a trip to the store. Excellent example of great customer service. Thank You UPS Store!

Stopped this afternoon to ship some fed ex packages which UPS doesn’t work with. The lady who helped me then proceeded to help me carry my boxes back to my car. Give this women a raise! She is the example of outstanding service.

The Girls at this store are super friendly and very professional. They are always on top of there customers and never let the lines get to long. Prices are reasonable. Never see them playing on there phones or wasting time like some UPS Stores around. Manager must be doing her job!

I've used this UPS location before, but this is the first time I was helped by Miguel and Samantha. From my initial phone call to Miguel until I paid for my delivery service, I have never received better service at any place of business than theirs. Miguel and Samantha were super helpful and friendly. They helped me deliver insulin to my mother in law in another state who left it at our house after a visit. If these two are working, I will take all my business to this location!! Awesome awesome awesome service Miguel and Samantha!

Very nice employees! I love the friendly energy in this UPS Store. The manager is awesome. I highly recommend going here. The services they provide are very fast!
