The sales associate behind the counter, Raj, is great. He’s always helpful, kind, and swift with assisting myself and all customers I see him interact with. He should be a Customer Service Manager, or at least a Trainer.

This is going to be long, but to simplify everything they do walk-ins for passports from Tuesday-Thursday 10-11. Just make sure you have everything in hand and you are good to go.
I was trying to schedule a passport appointment for both my siblings but they didn’t have anything open until probably October. I saw they did walk-ins but never called the place. I looked what you needed in order to get a passport (they had expired more than 10 years ago, so practically we had to get new ones). We got there an hour before and said they do walk-ins but until 10.
It was 10 minutes until 10, and Maria started to help us, she made the process so easy and stress free, she took the pictures and explained everything to us. It took around 30 minutes. She was very nice and patient.
Be sure to have:
-DS-11 (this is the passport application form)
-old passport (if you have it)
-birth certificate (and a copy of it, we didn’t even used, the passports work just fine)
-ID (and a copy of it)
-pictures (Maria was so nice to take the pictures since we didn’t have them in hand)
-if there is a minor, a parent has to go in order to sign the form.

Great and timely service! They helped me to find really important mail and I just want to say thank you guys so much, it really means a lot to me and my family!!

Tellers were efficient and curious. A short line developed while I was waiting, because both customers being helped had needs requiring a little more attention. Once finished the tellers quickly caught up.

First, my experience is starkly different from some reviews I have read here.
It made me wonder if we were reviewing the same place.
In every case when I have visited, my concerns were handled promptly, efficiently and professionally — from attendant-assisted mailings to shipments to questions to picking up held mail to home deliveries and more. Yes! There are many more services available that I didn’t mention.

Our assigned carrier is supportive and similar ly amazing! He is attentive and accurately delivers to multiple boxes in our community. We know him by name although I won’t note it here.

This post office exceeds my expectations, and mine are high yet reasonable.

I have however witnessed customers’ behavior that was disrespectful and inconsiderate. It’s challenging to provide high-quality service in the face of criticism and misplaced judgment.

A little gratitude and recognition goes pretty far. When we acknowledge the effective efforts the USPS workers put forth, especially under their working conditions, we can appreciate who they are along with the excellent work they do.

I've had a PO Box in Broomfield for over a year. While I go to other post offices for various business, I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly the clerks in Broomfield manage customers. I would like to echo the kudos for Maria! Her vast knowledge, patience, and kind demeanor are always appreciated! Seeing the negative comments, I can attest these USPS workers deal with some salty customers... it cannot be an easy feat to remain positive and kind. Keep up the great work! It does make a difference .. I typically leave the post office happier than when I arrived! Thank you!

I went for my fingerprinting for an FBI background check. The staff member who helped me was so kind, friendly and helpful! I think her name was Maria. I was there around 11am and there was no line. In and out in about 10 minutes. One of the best post office experiences I've ever had. Thanks so much!

Maria was excellent in helping us get our kids passports ordered. She was really friendly, patient and helped navigate any paperwork issues we had. I'd highly recommend taking your kids here to order a passport.

I love this location because of the staffs member there Especially Maria she’s such a beautiful soul in and out always making you feel welcoming, always professional, always friendly, always helpful. The lady was very helpful and patient to me.
I did my passport application. She explained everything to me. I paid for expedited and received my passport in less than two weeks.

I called The Broomfield, Colorado office to ask about people parking in front of our mailboxes To see what we could do to prevent this. She was receptive. funny and knowledgeable. Yes, I have had some less than favorable experience the last couple years. But we should also celebrate those who are trying. Please don’t park in front of mailboxes America. Your carrier has to get out of the vehicle and it puts them behind. Be kind.)

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I went there today to rent a PO box and find out about getting my passport renewed. I was helped by a new trainee who had only been there three days and a supervisor. I was in and out in minutes. Everyone could not have been nicer. They were friendly, helpful and gave me everything I needed including filing the change of address forms. I could not have asked for faster, friendlier, more professional service. Well done!

I visited this post office on May 13, 2021 and I was packing up a hockey jersey inside of a small priority shipment box. The woman at the counter observe me and said if you roll the jersey it will fit in the box better. I tried it but I was still having trouble and she motioned me over to their counter and she gave it a try it was awful tight but I suggested putting it in a envelope bag
The clerks name was Nancy and she was very helpful in packing up my bag envelope .
She also suggested do I need some stamps which was good, because I had forgotten that was the other reason I came in.
As she did the transaction, she noticed the return address and mention she lived right down the road at one time, from where I lived at, so we were able to strike up a small conversation, during the three minutes it took me to take care of my business. She also suggested to take the survey at the bottom of the receipt which I did .
Kudos to Nancy for doing a professional job and keeping a happy, positive attitude!!

Our mail carrier in Skyestone is Leann. She is outstanding! Friendly, fast and courteous.

I decided to go when Google said it wasn't busy. I had four packages to ship. When I arrived in "line" there was only one other person. He bought stamps, I stepped up to the counter, the sales associate had everything weighed and stamped within three minutes. She even told me what the best rate was. I was in and out in five minutes - much less time than it would've taken for me to enter online. The staff was courteous and efficient. Did I just have my best post office experience?! 😄

I came in to apply for a children's passport and couldn't be happier with the service. I followed the instructions online and had all my paperwork in order. I waited in line for less than 5 minutes and it took 5 minutes to submit the paperwork. Set up an appointment, show up on time, have your paperwork together and it's an easy process.

This post office was clean, organized, and had a plethora of good packaging supplies. As for customer service the lady at the front counter was the only one when I went but I only waited for about 8 minutes which is no big deal, and she was very helpful, nice and answered all of my questions in detail. I think it's the best one I've ever been to. I'm sure during busy times it's a longer wait, but that's why I don't go during lunch, right before work or after work hours when its crazy.

Maria was great with our passports and was exceptionally great with our young children! Even gave them coloring books and crayons. Thank you Maria for making our passport experience easy!

This is our post office, and I'm glad to call it so. We've been coming here regularly for about five years now, and I know the clerks well and consider them to be friends. We're on a first-name basis. They are kind and funny, as well as being respectful and helpful. They've always bent over backwards to make sure I have a positive experience there every single time I go. I'm sorry for any who have had trouble with this post office, but to us it is a quiet, convenient, and friendly place to send out and receive our mail. Thank you!
