Famous Footwear

This is by far and away the best experience I've ever had at Famous Footwear. Albert, one of the clerks on duty was super knowledgeable and really friendly. If you are going to Famous Footwear, it's worth going out of your way to shop at this one.

This place was great! Very neat and clean and the employees where so nice! It was so good to come in and be greeted by people that love their job. I hope the owner appreciates them and gives them a raise. I’ve been to a few Famous Footwear locations and this one is clearly THE BEST!

I went there today during tax free weekend. They had plenty of staff and the store was very clean it was very clean despite the tons of people there. Their customer service was impeccable. I definitely recommend this location. This location. They have tons of choices and sizes

Love, love this location. Samantha has the best customer service that I have every seen. From the start of my shopping journey inside the store to her checking me out was fantastic. Samantha help me to purchase 5 pair of shoes and a backpack with one of the pair she special ordered for me. She told me about all the sale items. I'm over the moon with her professionalism. I'll will be back

Ryan was the most amazing and helpful person today. He was truly wonderful. We were a little difficult and I felt really bad but Ryan continued to help us find the right shoes throughout the whole process and helped us find exactly what we wanted. He was patient and refused to let us put the shoes back ourselves, he took care of everything for us. The whole staff was really amazing and fun and all seemed very happy but Ryan really made an impression

I was going to miss closing time by minutes. I called and spoke to Ryan who could have said "sorry, we close in 10 minutes" but instead he instructed me to call when I arrived and he would run my order out to me. Thank you for your kindness, Ryan.

Store manager helped me with all my questions and was well educated on shoes and for what purpose. She also dealt with a very angry and rude customer and used excellent behavior even tho the customer was acting like a child and was trying to cause her grief.

Vicki is such a patient and helpful staff member here! She provided exceptional customer service and took her time to assist us with all our needs. The store is clean and has so many options with goodies to offer. Due to such high quality service provided by Ms. Vicki, we will definitely be long time customers. People like her make a difference in the world for customers as myself and family. Thank you Ms. Vicki! Your hard work and passion towards your job and customers is noticed and appreciated.

Ryan was the only employee in the store this morning and you wouldn’t even know, he was helping multiple people while checking on everyone and answering the phone, looking up inventory for other locations. It’s so refreshing in these times to see someone hustling with a smile.

I just LOVE Ryan! I've never shopped for shoes at Famous Footwear, but I will definitely come back because of him! Very professional, yet lighthearted and friendly. I fell in love with a pair of sandals and he made it happen! Thank you Ryan. I love my sandals...and so does my fiancé. 😁 Guess I'll be doing things for me more often!

The store is extremely clean and organized and the staff is very pleasant and cordial.

Staff was so helpful. One employee checked on me several times while I was there. Got items down that were out of reach. Let me hold items I knew I was going to get while I was still shopping for others. When I checked out the other employee was just as friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend & will be back next time I am in need of shoes.

Bought a pair of converse white hightops today. The salesperson was helpful get the right size. Love my new sneakers. Had a $10 coupon so they were $54.11 with tax.

My daughter saved up every birthday card & worked hard on her chores so she could buy the white Vans. She finally accomplished her goal. The associates were very friendly & the store was clean as usual.

Went in and was welcomed from the get go! Gabrielle was so attentive and helpful. I have different issues with both feet and she was supportive and extremely helpful!!

My daughter got to pick shoes out for back to school. They had a bogo half off sale. They didn't have her size in stock for one pair, so they ordered them for her and the shoes are being shipped to the house.

A little spendy but they do have good deals If you pay attention to thier sales! I got 2 pairs of high end Pumas for 100 bucks. Regular price for one pair is almost 90 with tax.

Great experience! Employees are GREAT with our family with 4 children.. they are patient and very helpful... No other places we would go for shoes for our family!!! Thanks so much!!!
