3-W's Smoke Shack

3-W's Smoke Shack was good. Brisket was very good, and the smoked bologna was one of the best that I've had in Texas. Mac-and-cheese seemed homemade and was very tasty. I don't think the sausage was homemade, but regular sausage was good. I'm ambivalent about their spicy BBQ sauce because I didn't receive much with my plate. However, the brisket, sausage, and bologna can be eaten without any sauce, which speaks volumes for their seasoning and smoking skills. Cornbread seemed to be a jalapeno-cheese cornbread. I've never had anything like that before since I'm not a big cornbread fan, and I would recommend trying it (there was a touch of that jalapeno heat). Service was excellent. I really liked the outdoor picnic tables for this place (warning: this is a food truck), but others might prefer an indoor setting. I would definitely return eat here if I travel through Springtown again because I would have liked to try the smoked wings and a few other sides.

So I stopped by this place today while working. I was really impressed with the atmosphere.

After doing some research and asking their neighbors behind them. It was all positive. I forgot to tell them that Wicked Wrenches recommended them to me

So I ordered their large 10-person meal for my family. It was absolutely delicious. Their green beans is the best I’ve never had. Must try their Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage. This family deal consisted of:

1lb. Brisket
1lb. Sausage (we chose jalapeño cheddar)
1 whole chicken
1 rack or ribs
3 sides

All for a great value. I will say I was kind of salty with the size of the sides to feed a family of 10. HOWEVER, after eating my meal. It was enough, I’m stuffed and my family had enough and there was still plenty of everything leftover. So don’t get salty with the size of the sides. There’s plenty of food to go around.

I will most definitely come back. Really impressed with ALL of it. The brisket is great too!

Oh wow, this place is amazing! It has everything you need and the food is delicious. The dining atmosphere is casual, which is always nice. They can accommodate large groups too, perfect for you and your friends! Starting off with ordering at a food truck and then moving into a spacious room next door is a fun experience. And a BBQ brunch? That's unique! Add Eggs Benedict to your list. 🍳🥓

Staff was AMAZING!!!! Had the brisket sandwich with chicken tortilla soup and the 2 meat plate with brisket and smoked chicken with potato salad. We were seeking an authentic Texas BBQ off the main highways and boy was this the place!!!! If you're local they offer a punch card for your loyalty! Great place and well worth the drive!!

Stopped by and had lunch last week. The food was excellent, the staff was very friendly and they have a nice little setup over there to sit, relax, and have a good meal. Highly recommend!

We were so pleased with our dinner. My husband loves good ribs ! He said these 5 star fall off the bone ! The Philly cheese steak with brisket was so good!! We had pinto beans with brisket were good. The potato wedges were really good. We can wait to go back and try brisket chili and smoked meatloaf!

I had their wings. Spicy BBQ, BBQ. Beans and cole slaw. Wings were cooked perfectly large and very flavorful. Tried their hell fire sauce really good flavor IT is on the warm side. Customer service was awesome. Will return for more .

Thus is my favorite place in Springtown. The food is always fantastic and fresh. We get takeout normally but ate in the dining room most recently and it's so nice! I LOVE the breakfast burritos and we get the gut bombs (jalapeno poppers) almost every time we go. Most recently I had the smoked bologna sandwich with fries, which was delicious! The brisket chili is also a favorite.

Had a miscommunication with the online order which ended up with me getting a "sorry for the trouble" side. So not only do they have amazing food, but they take care of you as well. Going to be my main BBQ place every month. These are the kind of people that deserve consistent patronage.

Best burrito that I have ever had. Very put together. These people know how it is done. Had the Brisket burrito with all the fixings and spicy BBQ sauce. "Update" had the Frachos with brisket and yum!

So glad we were able so by and eat here. Huge portions! Delicious and tender. The owners are there on hand and super super friendly! We will definitely be back. Come HUNGRY! or be ready to share! Oh and did I mention the entertainment 😅. Come and see for yourself.

I am from South Western Pennsylvania, I was told about 3W's while on the road ( a long cruise on the bike). I stopped because of how much the other biker bragged about the place.
I was there during breakfast. OMG I have never been served this much food for as cheap as it was. The taste was beyond compare.
I will definitely go back when I'm in the area.
The staff there was really nice, the whole experience was beyond great.

So freakin' delicious!! Reasonable prices, large portions, and if you're a 🔥 lover like me, the hellfire sauce is SOOOOO GOOD! Also, the Bark Bites are Dumpster Dog and Dr. Frankenfurter approved.

The smoked bacon/cheese burger was delicious. Why would anyone get fast food when this place exists. Fries were good too but overall the burger was the best part. Thanks for a friendly atmosphere and team members.

Real deal BBQ. Everyone and everything was awesome. Order at trailer eat outside or inside nice place. When I go back to Texas will definitely stop again.

Awesome BBQ. Every bite was delicious. Brisket was excellent, waffle fries were amazing, onion rings were the best I've had. Gut bombs were delicious. They even have Bark bites to take back to your dog at home. I like the chill, country vibe but maybe that's because I'm a chill country gal. Just top notch and I love supporting local family businesses. We will absolutely be back!

Great food! We had the brisket, pulled pork which was amazing. They also have the best waffle fries, onion rings and gut bombs (jalapeno poppers) we have ever had. Highly recommended!

Excellent food. I’ve eaten at 3W’s several times and it’s always been good. Tonight I tried a smoked burger with spicy barbecue sauce for the first time. Recommended!
