The sales person Joel at the Kent Station location in Washington was very helpful yesterday when I purchased the S24 Ultra and was even more helpful when I came back today because the phone had touch screen issues that couldn't be resolved by doing a factory reset. He did a little more troubleshooting but it ended needing to be replaced. He quickly got a replacement an i was on my way out to enjoy the rest of my day.

Raymond was such a delight to work with! He was so patient with me and answered every single question I had. He was very friendly and made sure that I left with a smile on my face. I haven’t had the best experience with T-mobile in the past, but his service was so great and I’m glad I decided to switch back over for Verizon. Thanks Raymond!

Ray was great!! I've been trying to get my phone unlocked and had numerous people fail in helping me. 5 different associates couldn't help me but Ray was able to help me. I wish we received this type of customer service in the beginning or we would still be customers of tmobile. But Ray was nice and helped solve my issue and has amazing customer service!

This is my new go to store!! Got me and my son in last minute to upgrade his phone. Super helpful and straightforward

So I went into this t-mobile and the store was extremely busy but the employees were hard at work getting everything taken care of. Staff is extremely friendly and that Impressed me. I had a chance to work with a staff member named Mark and he is excellent. He really knows his stuff. I had a few problems with my account and he got it handled fast and efficiently. Mark is also a funny guy. Great to work with. He is definitely someone you would like the chance to work with. He got me all set up and I couldn't be more happy. Definitely 5 star service. I know when I upgrade I will be going back to work with mark.

I had the absolute best experience at this location. I went in wanting to switch from my Verizon account to T Mobile and I was very nervous about the whole thing but I was given the absolute best help. The lady who helped me was pleasant to talk to and she genuinely made it a grade A experience. I walked out of the store a very happy customer with a brand new service with T Mobile and a new phone. Didn't even have to pay any ridiculous prices or fees either. All very reasonable. I almost couldn't believe how easy and fun it was. This store has some fantastic employees. I wanna give a special shout out to Courtney because she's the lady that helped make this process very easy and very fun. I recommend this store if you're planning on switching to a new plan with t mobile. I'm a happy customer.

I worked with Brooke and James today because my phone died finally after who knows how many years. Brooke was so helpful in finding a phone that meets my needs and helps to not drain the wallet and was so knowledgeable as I've been out of the phone game a bit. She helped me to all the accessories I needed and both her and James were so helpful in getting me set up and checked out. Thanks for turning a suckie day (phone dying) into a not so bad day.

The manager there Josh is always willing to go above and beyond to help you if you have a problem. I also love dealing with James. The 2 of them always help my family when we need help. We can go anywhere else and the service is just not the same. Excellent service and willing to make sure we walk away happy! Great job guys!

I just wanted to say the customer services at this location was so AWESOME! I want to give a special shout out to two incredible employees. First Alex he was beyond helpful when it comes to setting me up with a new device, he also made sure I was satisfied with my service before leaving. I give him 10 stars. Another is the store Manager Abdi, he definitely made sure all the troubles customer services was giving me was token care of. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit this store and also walk towards those two if you need any help especially if your frustrated with Tmobile!!

We stopped in to check out tablets for my business, I needed something that can operate aPOS system, they didn't have what I needed but Sunny was so incredibly helpful. He spent at least 30 minutes doing research and making sure all my questions were answered.

Sarahi was friendly, helpful & answered all my questions in depth. She also helped me port my number over from Verizon! Came in with an iPhone 5 walked out with the brand new iPhone 11. Love this store!!

Mr and I went into this T Mobile with multiple issues to his 1 1/2 week old upgrade phone received from location on Rainier Renton. We explained issue to Isabelle, she started dissecting the phone and concluded Rainier Renton issued Mr an incompatible phone, the upgrade was not properly processed, transferring info from the old to the new was not completed and Isabelle along with another worker Tyrone worked for 2 hours until Mr was a satisfied 👍🏽 T Mobile customer. Brooke is great, helped me out with everything, she was very understanding and looked into all the issues, plus she's good at barbeque

had the best experience @ this location a young man named chuck helped me out he is very nice and helpful. i recommend coming to this store they have very good customer service i love my new phone :)

I've been with T-Mobile for 12 years and still loving it. Everytime I go in this store in kent the staff is very attentive. also their wait times are very short
