Best in the valley by far. Owner is local ethical. If you go there ask for Lupe . She is an amazing person to do business with. She helpful and fair. The store is super clean. Great experience. Exceptional customer service. Don’t take my work for it go down there and do business with them And you will see how wonderful that business is .

I bring a friend of mine into valley pawn every month so he can so he can pawn is Nail gun and the money he gets for that he spends it on his gas for his generator so that way he can have power every time I take him into this pawn shop to people there has always been nice courteous and respectful to him I'll take him to a lot of different places and I see a lot of people discriminating towards him and gives him dirty looks and they're very rude to him just to let you guys know my friend Ray has glaucoma he's blind in one eye and you can say he's flying in a second I cuz he has stage 4 in a second I so he has a very hard time seeing a lot of things his right eye is going into a black hole the same black hole that is Left eye it is in but every time I take home to this pawn shop it's called valley pawn in Yakima Washington these people always been very polite to rain and very courteous to Ray and they work with Ray now I understand why red like to go to that pawn shop is because of the niceness of the people without discriminating towards him because he does bump into things he tries not to but it just happens he's blind but these people are so down to earth and polite and nice and courteous to Ray I just like to give a good compliment to the good people that works at this valley pawn thank you guys so much for being very respectful to a person like Ray that is blind you guys don't know how much it really helped him till I give them a five-star rating and if I can give them a 10 I will give them a 10 Star rating because of how nice and polite they are towards the disability people so thank you guys God bless you all thank you

I went into valley pawn to pawn a tool of mine. I met a person now and she said her name was lupa Lupe explain to me how they did business at valley pawn I really liked what she said then I met a gentleman in there named and I asked if Todd was the owner and lupa and Todd said that he was the owner I was very glad to and I was very glad to meet lupa since lupus explain how they did business there which is a very professional manner way that's not very likely in a pond to me but she told that they don't do business like all other pawn shops cuz I told her my experience with all the other pawn shops well I've been taking that tool of mine to valley pawn these guys are really really they take respecting the tools they don't try to use your tools are abusive towards they give you the respect that that is your tool I can honor a company like that and I advise all my friends if they need a good pawn shop to go to go to valley gun and pawn in Yakima Washington you would be very satisfied cuz I am very very satisfied customer with valley gun and pawn thank you all very much and God bless you all

Best pawn shop I have ever been to. Staff is friendly and accommodating, prices are great (after some haggling) and the staff are honest folk. I made a mistake adding up some numbers after we had haggled over a pistol and then I got something else and forgot the final price we agreed upon and instead of not saying anything he reminded me about the lower price. That's good business right there. Will return for sure and send others their way!

I've been going to this pawn shop for 5 years now and the owner and workers there have good customer service.. I highly recommend them they got tools chainsaws tv and more for affordable prices
