Moors Resort & Marina

Great place for the money. If you're expecting a fancy pants place, this isn't your place. If you want a place that's clean, nice, and gives you a place to sleep between boating and fishing in a spectacular location with super nice staff, this is your place. We stayed in a room in the big cabin and it was great. The views from the cabin are wonderful and the cabin common areas are very nice. Rooms were typical hotel rooms and did the job.

This is the best vacation spot. You can fish, sit on your porch and relax, walk, or just soak up the sunshine. You always feel safe, and the Employers are outstanding.

We loved our stay! Boat dock, Restaurant, and lodging was amazing!

We only visited for ice cream and mini golf (we were staying at a different resort), but the place was awesome, as always. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My kids loved the playground. The mini golf course needs some serious updating and exterminator attention, but we still had a great time.

We were able to stay in one of the transient camping spots. It was a beautiful area and the campers that stay there year round were very friendly. The cottages, cabins, and lodge all looked well maintained and all had good views of the lake. Things were definitely winding down for the season, but I can definitely see the attraction for the year round campers. The staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and the dog enjoyed his daily swims.

1st time there and I was impressed. Some of the best food I have had on the lake! Everyone was very nice and will definitely be going back

We were there for the 400 mile yard sales .staying in the lodge. 5/31/23-6/4/23 we never ate at the cafe it was always full.. food must be good... only thing we think beds need updated felt we were sleeping in a pull out mattress couch... could use some walk in showers hard to get in shower and out with bad knees and hip .. AC DIDNT cool off much room smelt musty .. we put deposit down we had to stay cause we couldn't get deposit back .. might be better next time .. the pool was nice easy to enter and get out ..housekeeping lady very nice always willing to help with anything we needed... would like to have cottage next time ... over all had great time thanks...

Our first time here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had amazing food. Swimming pool was a nice size, free mini golf, and a small beach. Beautiful lake views! We can't wait to come back!

Ralph’s Harborview Restaurant at Moors has always been a great place to eat on the lake! It was good when the original owners had it but the new owners have really polished it up and made it look amazing! It’s so clean and the woodwork and fresh nautical style is great! The full menu has come back with all the same amazing food that still tastes great! Tonight is Marshall County Homecoming and a lot of teens have come here for their pre dance meal! It’s a great place for that! Fun atmosphere and family friendly! Not exactly on the water with water views but it’s still a good place with lots of patio and indoor seating and a bar area!

Great Family Resort! Stayed in one of the 3 bed room cottages- clean and well appointed. Our girls (5 & 3) loved the beach, pool, playground and mini golf. Staff was very kind and helpful. Ate at Ralph’s quite a bit and everything was delicious with fast and friendly service. Would recommend the Moors for an awesome family getaway, hope to be back soon!

A friend and I stopped for lunch. The food was very good and the scenery beautiful.

Staff at the store, Ralphs and marina were awesome! Nice friendly atmosphere. We stayed in cabin 3. A bit older inside but well worth the money. Slips were easy to access. Clean grounds. I recommend this place for families, and the die hard fishermen who want reasonable access to Kentucky lake.

We enjoyed our vacation! Every staff member we had interactions with were so friendly and helpful! Cabin was great! We rented golf carts and pontoon boat. Both were well kept and fun. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and fire pit. Thank you Moors resort and staff!

Full disclosure: I work here. I can't weigh in on the lodging because I've never stayed as a guest. But I can say the resort's restaurant, Ralph's Bar and Grill, has delicious food prepared and served by amazing people. The bartenders are pretty awesome, too 😉

The staff at Moors truly go above and beyond. We had to cancel a reservation last minute due to a family members health condition and they were so kind, understanding, and accommodating.

Very friendly staff we loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lake the food was excellent. We ate there breakfast and dinner and highly recommend the catfish. We also got to meet the new owner Josh who was very friendly and gave us some history on Kentucky Lake. Josh also cooked up some Trigger fish that he had caught down south and asked my wife and I to try. Which was excellent. Josh is trying to bring new taste to the menu. We wish him great luck on his new adventure.

The staff went above and beyond to make our reunion awesome. The accommodations were clean and adequately equipped. All questions were answered politely and efficiently. We highly recommend Moor’s for your family vacation.

We rented the log cabin behind the restaurant and it was very nice! Only complaint were the beds. Great location, yard, space. Loved the pool and mini golf, restaurant was fantastic as well. We will definitely be back!
