Pony Express

I got my documents Notarized and passport pictures taken for Indian passport renewal. They were extremely quick and finished the whole thing in less than 10 minutes, including the wrapping in the UPS shipping envelope! Very smooth process, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place.

I went there because the previous passport photo I got from Wallgreens was rejected. The lady there was very friendly and professional. She made sure my head position and hair were all good. About 20 minutes later I received the digital copy. I tried to resize it to meet the requirements but it didn't work. I relied the email asking for another version so that I have more room for resizing. They replied in a couple minutes and I got another version that I was able to make work. I really appreciate how responsive and flexible they are.

We had a wonderful experience here getting passport photos taken for our son with ASD. Our son has a hard time staying still and following directions like where to look etc. so I called before hand to see when they would be less busy and give them a heads up that our photo session might take a little more time. The employee I spoke with was very reassuring and kind. When we arrived the other employee taking the photos was ready for us. He worked really quickly and was incredibly accommodating. He was able to get a great picture of my son and did it in well under 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this business and will continue to use them in the future.

I really appreciate the convenience factor due to the close proximity to my home and hassle free experience. They get you in and out fast! There’s never a long line. I had a concerning experience with my FedEx shipment due to missing contents, and I must commend Mike for his outstanding assistance.

Despite my unsuccessful attempts to contact FedEx, Mike went above and beyond by not only providing us with various options but also initiating a complaint and claims process with FedEx.

Stopped by this morning to have a quick Notary done on a financial aid document for college enrollment. The employee who helped me was very helpful and friendly. He was able to quickly complete the Notary of the document and help me mail it via USPS Priority mail. There was no appointment needed for the notary and great customer service was provided to me.

This was my first time shipping an item internationally @ Pony Express Redmond and I have to say that I will be coming here for all my shipping needs! I have used USPS online in the past but for some reason could not access their website so decided to take it to Pony Express. I really appreciated the fact that he turned the monitor to face me so that I could see exactly what he was inputting and the pricing. He even suggested the lowest price option. He noticed that my box was rattling a bit and said that it should sound solid. He then asked if he could open it up to see if he could make it better. I agreed and he put in extra packing material @ no cost and taped it all back up. My package was sent and by the time I got home I had received an email with my tracking info. Thank you for making it so easy to send items overseas. Also the parking is so great!

I needed an emergency passport photo taken yesterday and they were able to help me out! Usually takes an hour to complete and they were more than understanding and actually got the photos to me in under 5 minutes. I am so thankful and will definitely use them again in the future. I also recommend them to my friends and family. Prices are also very fair. Thank you Pony Express!

I've just read through most of the poor reviews. I am a bit surprised and saddened! Why? Because I accidently read a review quoted here in closing. I understand every customer has an opinion. Here is mine.

I am a Pony Express customer and was before the current owners. The previous owners were good so I accepted the new owners.

Hopefully, I have been a good customer as I have always been treated with respect and care. I was happy to see the new owner’s growth and increased services. I had my passport photo done. It is a great photo. Mike is a knowledgeable and good photographer.

I have found that sometimes we can chat while at other busy times I try not to insert myself. I find Mike very direct, honest, and affable.

I try to not take advantage of our long relationship. Some of the poor reviews were self-centered, 'what about me', unattended, undisciplined children, my 'photo shoot' (it’s an ID), or imperatives for service. I am disappointed with most of these.

After many years I appreciate the service even over the inevitable errors and am exceptionally satisfied. I wish there were more businesses I had this confidence in.

Lastly, I wish to quote another review. "Mike may just be the most ethical businessman...". I agree.

Very convenient place to mail everything since they handle FedEx, UPS, AND USPS, making it easy to comparison shop for the best rate. They also have a wide selection of packing materials since I often have trouble finding the right size of box for every item I'm sending, and a selection of greeting cards. Super friendly staff who still remember me despite me having moved to Seattle proper a few years back.

I've been needing a lot of notary and FedEx services lately while settling my mom's estate. The consistently fast, friendly service I've received at Pony Express the past few months has been much appreciated. Thank you!

Not someone to write a review. But the service was so beyond expectation it warrants one. Had an issue shipping an international package via DHL. Mike went above and beyond to make things right. All during a very busy Christmas season. His level of professionalism is atypical in today’s world. Thank you.

I haven't sent a package before on my own, and I'm very glad this was nearby. They helped me figure out the carrier, sealed the box, and sent it off very efficiently and with kindness.

Went there today for my I9 renewal. The staffs are super friendly and professional. There were a few people there in line but everyone got helped in order efficiently. Love the place!

Mike and Miki and crew run a great operation. Efficient, friendly, secure handling of deliveries. Other mail services may offer slightly lower annual mailbox fees, but we find the security and helpfulness of this Pony Express well worth it.

Honestly I did not expect the level of quality customer service that I got here. They repacked my shipments in new envelopes to lower the cost, verified all the addresses and corrected some, and held on to the returned packages for weeks as I let them accumulate. I received updates by phone and they switched to emails when I wasn't able to receive calls. They really went above and beyond.
