Seth was a wonderful supervisor to deal with when I needed a phone number and some help reviewing a claim. Thanks Seth, unlike his fellow supervisor the day before he was actually helpful, patient and understanding.

I stopped by on Saturday to pick up a stack of packages. The USPS people there were friendly, helpful, and professional. All in all, a really positive experience!

Not sure why this site has a low rating. The staff is super helpful and courteous. Kim especially as she helped me out with an odd sized shipment request with no problems. The other customers, on the other hand, can act like they can do no wrong.

Reading these reviews, I'm not sure what everyone expected from a Post Office experience but I've been using this location since I moved here and it's fine. I make sure my mail is prepared (USPS has a great site to look up lots of questions before you get there) and I walk in ready and knowing lines are a reality in life. There are self service kiosks available if it's simple and I'm in a hurry.

The real reason I'm leaving this review, and giving it five stars, is because the woman who helped me last visit was truly wonderful. She was polite, helpful, and just plain nice. And the service she gave me deserves a compliment.

Usually there is a little line, but I only had to wait less than five minutes for it to be my turn.

It's amazing what you read in these reviews. "They only have one pen!", "The drivers are slow!" and "Why so many Asians!" Seriously? I suspect that people just write reviews to vent about a particular unpleasant experience, as if it will make them feel better or something.

While the post office is not the friendliest environment, I personally have no problems with it. The lines may be long, so plan around them; the USPS is the most affordable way to mail many items, so of course they're going to take forever with so many people wanting things mailed. Common sense people! Also, if the employees aren't absolutely thrilled to meet you, don't act so surprised. Long hours in a less-than-stimulating environment, something you all are probably familiar with, has a tendency to drain enthusiasm especially when serving a bunch of ungrateful customers who wail like children when the pen doesn't work.

Oh and about the Asian thing; if you have a problem with federal employees hiring Asians, then post office inconveniences are the least of your problems. The US is, shockingly, a fairly diverse nation and if the USPS doesn't meet your racial qualifications then you're perfectly welcome to go somewhere else.

In short, I find the post office is just fine for what it's intended. It's cheap, fairly dependable and since I don't expect it to cater to the "consumer is always right" philosophy, the inconveniences I do encounter don't bother me too much. I can't speak for others of course, if the rest of these "reviews" are any indication.

Walked in on a Saturday morning with a package to ship to an APO. We had no idea what extra forms we would need and were a little unprepared. However, rather than acting annoyed, the lady that helped us was very pleasant and patient and also helped us set up a forwarding address. Some of the best customer service I've ever received at a post office!!

I've been to this location 3 or 4 times now, every time I've gone it's been pleasant. Every time I've needed a little help shipping something or filling out a form they've been nice there and I've seen different employees on different occasions. I don't know what more you'd expect from the post office anyway, I haven't had to wait super long or had anyone be rude to me.

The staff went above and beyond to help me find an overnight delivery that was routed to the wrong address.

I prefer this Post Office over a closer one to home as they have numerous collection times
through out the day. Easy for my business to drop off items.

Needed to mail a bunch of boxes. Clerk was pleasant and processed them fast. Helpful with questions, and barely any line.

Always helpful and friendly service. They get through the line as quick as possible. With it being the holiday season, I understand that there will be a long line but they handle it well and with patience.
