Jack in the Box

Dropped by on a Saturday evening. Service was prompt and friendly. The guy who took my order read my customizations back to me to make sure he heard correctly, which is something I deeply appreciate. Order was made right and presented nicely. Dining room was clean. Can’t say enough about the good service—will definitely be back.

I work late nights and every time I swing by I am served by the same gentleman. I don't know his name but he usually works the night shift. He is super polite, profressional and always really friendly. He offers amazing customer service. I hope he gets this review because he's an awesome dude!

Never have a problem at this location. Seems harder to find when it comes to fast food these days. Orders are always correct never a confusion never long wait etc. etc. if you’re looking for a quick eat you can count on this Redmond location.

AMAZING EMPLOYEE with customer service - I’m not sure what his name is, but there was an african american man on staff who was running the drive through tonight over the microphone and I wanted to give him major props!!! He communicated super clearly, repeated the order back to me, and just overall seemed really engaged and present in his job. I’m so used to bad customer service at fast food restaurants, but he STOOD OUT!! I don’t know his name, but he’s a great employee and i hope he gets some recognition. He was working night shift on May 21st around 11:30pm. Hope corporate or his manager sees this :)

Excellent location for ease of access, although it's then a pain to get back on the freeway. Service is quick, and of course, the food is great. Too often the only option late at night, it's still a great choice any time of day. I noted the ordering kiosk has been removed at this location, but I like direct human contact.

I've been very please by how good this place has become with some new faces. Keep up the awesome work people!!

This jack in the box was pretty good, super busy tho so took awhile to get food. Staff is very nice! Will eat here again.

Been coming to this Jack in the Box several years. Both drive through and in the restaurant. The food is always fresh and hot. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I love the staff. 💕. Always friendly and professional.

What else can you say except Jack in the box is one of the higher quality fast food places that has a good selection of foods. Real ice cream shakes is far above the other fast food places.

The young man at the window is the best ever! I love Jack in the box but, why is Marcus there and not somewhere else where his personality is meant to be!!! Super service!

I have not had JIB in so long so when I got reacquainted with it recently it was even better than I remembered! Check out their all-day breakfast menu, the healthy options, the late-night menu; they seemingly have something for everyone.

Great tasting food and very patient staff even at 2am. Trying go deal with drunks at night and not getting angry is a hard thing to do. I'm glad the staff here knows just how to do that. 🙂

There was a bit of a wait but they are definitely one of the best Jack in the Box! Some of the restaurants are sloppy but this place always is perfectly put together, hot and the crew is friendly and professional!

A Northwest classic, Jack in the Box beats McDonald's out, in my opinion.

This Kirkland location is on point. They do get backed up in the drive thru after the bars close, so just be aware, it can take a while to get your late night munchies on.
