Have been shipping packages here for 40 years. Quick, efficient and have treated me extremely kindly, helping me w packages . Recently they went above and beyond, helping me w both printing of a label I didn’t realize I needed to print ahead of time, as well as squishing an item that had been sent compressed…. back into its original box which had become too small once the item was removed. They taped it up for me which took quite some doing. Thank You so much for helping me out instead of making me get a new box. They just helped me instead of standing on ceremony.

My mother and I went to the UPS store due to my mail not showing up for 4 days because my latch was and is still broken at my complex. We decided to pay for a mailbox and it was quick and easy they just need your ID, copy of your rent lease and rental insurance coverage. If theft is happening where you are please invest in getting a mailbox.

The staff is AMAZING. They went above and beyond to help us. We were returning furniture and they supplied us with bubble wrap, cut one of the boxes (to help with damage) and resized a box to make a table fit. So impressed with the helpfulness and generosity! This UPS Store has been really good to us.
All the staffs are very professional and helpful. I just hand them my packages with all informations and walk away. They packed everything and send to my receivers with peace of mind. They also keep all my boxes for me for weeks when I’m on vacation or too busy with work without asking for a dime.

John, Mike and Devan were absolutely amazing! I've worked in the service industry and it is not easy to come by people who are inquisitive and dedicated to finding solutions. I was looking to return a desk chair to Amazon that I couldn't manage to take apart. They worked together to try to separate the pieces and when they couldn't they measured the chair and provided me the dimensions of the box I needed. Thank you so much guys! I really appreciate your patience, time and effort!

We get many packages and have a box here because of this. They are super friendly here and very efficient. I've had a couple of hiccups but given the volume, it happens and they were quick to research the problem and resolve it. One thing I've noticed, it's very busy 3-5pm during the week so keep that in mind if you are in a hurry.

We had several documents to print, organize, get notarized, and send, taking quite a bit of time. Special thanks to Mark, who helped us, and was so patient and polite with us as we tried to keep it all organized. He represented the operation with the upmost professionalism!

It's always a pleasure to go to the UPS Store at Bulls Head. Customer service is excellent and always upbeat. They do a great job wrapping packages. Shipping is invariably very easy.

Good guys! Helped me out last night (was in a bit of time crunch) get a package out to make the shipment for the day. Totally didn't have to, but was accommodating and squeezed me on that day's manifest. It was very much appreciated. Thanks guys!

I went there yesterday, 5pm. the two staff managed to get through the line of waiting customers in very short amount of time, many times even multi-tasking. great service, friendly staff - Good Job, guys!!

Since the new owners took over, the store looks great and it is totally computerized. I even receive text messages when packages arrive. Great customer service.
