Ordered online! North Branch Mn! Cold Cut Sub’s Meat & Cheese was So Skimpy! Kwik Trip subs at half the price has twice as much meat! Veggies were skimpy too! That was Monday Jan 22nd! Tuesday the 23rd ordered a Turkey and Cold Cut! Asked for more of everything and We got our wish! Great Sandwiches! I was So impressed! And it was Buy one get one free! What a Deal!

I witnessed a lady(customer) get visibly upset at the older lady working here all because the customer made her own mistakes and took it out on the worker. Very sad how people treat workers. Thankfully the worker didn’t fret and continued on. I’d reccomend these workers to anyone!

Every time I go to Subway they make me a delicious sandwich period the staff is always very polite and friendly .

I was helped by a younger guy named Chester I think. He was very helpful in building my sandwich and it turned out exactly like I wanted. I think the guy deserves a raise for sure. Thanks again Chester😁 best sandwich I’ve had at subway.

Had the American Club sub, the bread was super fresh and no scrimping on ingredients, tasted awesome. Being from Canada we have the counter part to this sub called the Canadian Club. I can say without hesitation, the American Club is way better !

Was in tonight , About 8:20 pm , Great customer service by ARIE./spelling? Forget my coupon, Felt stupid of me. Had to run home to get it. Always great service from this location, Thankyou for your Patience.

Melissa and her coworkers have awesome customer service skills. Service is 5 star every visit. Delicious subs, thank you Melissa for being a mind reader and providing such a delicious sub. We truly appreciate your positive attitude, thank you!

Tonight I stopped in to buy a sub. I always get the same thing and the older lady took my order and perfected it. I don't think it has ever been made this well before. Also she was practically running the front with a line while the other employee was out of sight in the back. If it wasn't for her kind and accurate service we may have lost a few stars on this review.

The young staff members working the afternoon of 8/21 are amazing! I had multiple orders and they were super helpful and patient! One staff even helped me to my car! Great job keep it up!!!!

They just did EVERYTHING right! It was excellent! Extremely clean and well kept, no matter how busy they are!

Okay so I got to say between this Subway is absolutely .... Amazing!!! True Sandwich Artist work at this location I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a great Subway sandwich made with love and very fresh looking vegetables amazing absolutely phenomenal! And the staff very friendly very nice good job!

Most subways good. But bring back more variety of breads. Also alot of subways forgot about the good subs. They could use more variety in additional toppings, seasonings, cook, toast, bake, but every subway is different cause most is individually franchised owned or corporate operates.

Fast, clean, good food and service. Staff were friendly and helpful while making our food. Restaurant was kept clean even while they were really busy. You can tell they have it down to keep both the lines moving and the tables clean.

My food was made today by a girl i believe her name is Audrey, correct me if I'm wrong lol but she was very very nice and made great food thank you so much :) you wrote a smiley face on my sticker lol

This particular Subway is not following this new trend in the "fast food industry" where they are making limited menu. i.e.McDonalds is not serving salads because of Covid-19. That's the only thing I will eat at McDonald's.
Hence what Brings me to Subway. The Chopped salad that they offer is made with fresh ingredients right there in front of you. Where as McDonald's makes their salads the night before and might add fresh chicken ATM of purchase.
I noticed any Subway or i should say most the Subways in the Twin Cities region discontinued the chopped salad.
I absolutely don't like salads that are pretty cooked & made with pre portions. This subway fills the whole container and I like that.

Tonight i had a really good experience at this Subway. Really goodworkers..friendly..attentive...and made me two delucious subs. Perfect! Ill come back for sure.

Busy time there was 12 people in front of us and the 3 lady's behind the counter were AWSOME!!!! HATS OFF TO THEM!!! Had us out the door in under 15 minutes!!!!

Great sandwich! I love that is made fresh everytime and it is exactly the bread and fixings I chose! Win Win for me! I ordered the Subway club....Yummy! 😀

Very friendly people that work there. I love subway sandwiches. Cold cut is one of my favorite sandwich.

They are very generous with their vegetables and it's so great!! I especially love black olives (as you could guess)
