Very nice and clean place to be. Doctors are very nice.

This place, looks like the institution(fallout 4 reference). It's clean, its got a subway that will single handedly make you hungry. The lady who works in that subway is also superb.
The food tasted like it was made love.
They also have very helpful receptionist. They are all very delightful, polite and smell of lavender! They seem to enjoy their jobs and it reflects through their work.. it makes going to the Dr more manageable.

Went to urgent care to get exam and x-ray after falling and hitting lower back. Told it was a 2 hr. wait. Decided to go to ER at medical center even though previous experiences resulted in long waits. This time it was different. Fastest ER visit ever. Took 10 minutes to check in, then seen by RN in 15 minutes. Then right back to treatment room. Seen by RN right away, then examined by nurse practitioner moments later, then x-ray immediately after. Only seemed like 15 minutes later to get x-ray results. Told no fractures, so able to go home. Don't think whole experience lasted 2 hours. All staff pleasant and very efficient. Surprised I wasn't there 8 hours or more.

A tremendous group of people who helped my family and I in a desperate time of need. A true credit to their profession and humanity. A real blessing. Thank you.

I was brought to the ER by ambulance after becoming dizzy and feeling ill while shopping in Winchester. The concern, care, and kindness expressed by everyone who assisted me was wonderful! They gave excellent information to help continue my recovery at home as well 😊

Great Doctors. Long waits in the ER. It's gotten so popular to live in Winchester and surrounding areas, that the wait is long, but worth it almost all of the time. When admitted, everything runs like a well oiled machine. I do know people who have had a bad experience, but I have been happy with my care plans. I had a run in with a nurse. It doesn't matter compared to the Carr plans. BTW Dr. Vincent is a wonderful podiatrist!!!

I have nothing but, admiration for the wonderful Doctors and nurses.
If you've never been understaffed, overworked in the face of adversity with hurting people on a 12 Hr. Shift... then you'll never understand.
They aren't perfect and neither are you.
I was treated with loving kindness, (respect) which isn't deserved.

Be (patient!) they understand you hurt but, they have to try to decide who comes first.. Not a nice position.

Super great care and compassion

The new Hospital is huge and the setting it's in is stunning. The Staff is still wonderful and kind. I met a few people that actually came out of retirement after COVID and that hit hard.. Warren is definitely my Hospital always has been always will be and I live in Winchester lol. Oh and the last Nurse I had was truly an angel. Thank you everyone all my Love to you all.💜

They are very caring and the day I was their I got to applaud 2 BELL RINGS! SO AWESOME. IT MEANS CANCER FREE. It has a comfortable paint scheme and the artwork is calming.

My whole family have used Valley Health at one time or another. I'm thankful to have such a service and facilities and qualified doctors this close to my house. The only negative I have is the length of time it takes to get an appointment with a specialist and the length of time it takes to get a procedure scheduled. Depending on the practice it may take one to three months for a doctor appointment and then one to three months for a procedure.

If you don't know what a well run well managed clean health care outfit looks like until you see it? Well, you'll see it here. Far and away above all the rest. You never get sick, of getting sick, when you go here.

I came in right after a busy time early in the morning. They were able to get me scene within a half hour. I had a large splinter in my hand and it was removed painlessly and quickly and I was on my way in under two hours. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and put me at ease.

I had to visit the Emergency room to find out about an injured family member yesterday evening. Everyone was very helpful. Brianna the ER Nurse was fantastic. When I returned that night to pick up the patient I could not find him. The young security person & I assume the person in charge reviewed video & located my lost person. They went above and beyond. Thank you very much!

A friend's father was rushed to the hospital for an emergency operation and ask me if I could give him a ride to the hospital which I did but as I wasn't an immediate family member I wasn't allowed to his floor. All I can rate is the lobby and gift shop as that was as far as I was allowed to go so all I can say is that the people I did deal with were nice and the place was clean.

All staff in Woman and children section are awesome, they really cater to the parents and make you feel comfortable through out your entire stay. Not only do they make sure mom and baby are good, they look after dad too.

Some of the nicest people I have dealt with in a long time. Other a screwed up information system as where to go. I finally got Charlene in Imagining who got me registered, made arrangements for me for the three tests I was having done before having to go to the Diagnostic Center for bloodwork. Arrived at 7:30 am and got out by 1:45 pm. But the staff was wonderful. I wish I could remember every ones name but Jaime in registration for the lab, Lily who drew my blood and Charlene was great.

I had laparoscopic surgery on Friday 11/25. Everything from the facility to the staff was 5 stars! I was cared for every step of the way. Having the anesthesiologist explain the medication I would be given helped me understand what was going to happen to me. Thank you, Dr. Gilpen! Dr. Plant, the surgeon, was amazingly comforting and also helped allay my fears.
Top notch service all the way around. Highly recommend!

Staff has been great to us. We were blessed to have a healthy baby boy and the Nurses and doctors have been very helpful and respectful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
