We go to the grooming department due to its convenient hours since I work full time. John the groomer is so sweet and kind to my dog who needs a little extra care as a senior dog. Of course they always have the foods we needs and the day care is SUPER convenient too.

I had a great experience at this PetSmart! I called on short notice to see if I could get a bath and nails scheduled for my pup. They were booked solid but kept looking for options. The lady in spa connected me to boarding (yes, they have boarding!! 🥰) and they were able to work him in. I’m sooooo grateful to this team that went the extra mile to help me and Rumi out. I dropped him off in boarding, to the best bunch of dog loving professionals, where he hung out with fast fur friends until his apt.
Emily, his groomer, also took excellent care of Rumi. Nails trimmed and buffed, coat shiny and soft. And he smells so clean.

Placed an online order to use a 20% coupon, for in store pick up. Order was ready when I arrived. My only complaint is there is nothing for cats here. Dog aisles are loaded down. Cats? Not so much. You need more cat optiobs here. It was sad to see. The staff is wonderful! Just wish we had more cat options!

Employees were very kind and courteous. Big store, all in one shopping. Checkout was fast and easy.

I’ve been taking my 28 pound chihuahua dachshund mix to this PetSmart for a couple of years for grooming. They do a nice job and he’s actually happy to be there unlike with past groomers. Also they can get your dog in within a week or 2.

I brought my 14 years old 6 1/2 pounds Maggie for a full grooming. Sammy was our groomer, she was so welcoming, compassionate, she did a beautiful hair cut.

Such a great atmosphere and staff. Fell in love with the place and applied for a job there, which I got. So excited!!

I bought a hamster named Rose and when checking on her a day or two in after getting her she was so well taken care of! She was immediately warmed up to be my furry friend and stay in my palm so I could let her out of the cage! Whoever works with the hamsters does an amazing job thanks for my friend for the year/s ahead! She hasnt bit my finger or anything shes really sweet

Got my cats claws cut, the groomer was awesome and it was very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back next time!

This was the first time that I had brought my golden retriever in two PetSmart for grooming and I was very impressed. Haley did a great job at her on her nails, paws 🐾 and the pads of her feet. Thanks, Haley 😀

Lean, well stocked and the staff seem to be very well educated regarding the pets.

Really hesitant to get my shih tzu groomed but Emily did amazing!!!! Will definitely book with her for our other dogs. She took great care and did an amazing job! Thank you Emily!

We live in Ocala but we needed hotel for our Shelley for 6 days & nights. So the PetSmart in Ocala doesn't have the hotel.
