Under new ownership, the new owners were very accommodating with all my questions. I found them easy to communicate with, like family. I never felt pressured to buy anything and found a wonderful car that I am very happy with. A 2009 Toyota Prius. I have owned it for 22 days now and it continues to feel like a great fit for me. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. And I give them a 5 star rating!

I recently bought a car at Lakeport motor sales, the car I am in love with but I recently came across a problem with the windshield seal liner took it right down to the dealership and they fixed it immediately no complaints, had my mechanic professional look at the car after buying it and he says it was serviced well. It is a manual transmission and it runs great. As I was writing this review the window actuator had broke. I took it straight back to the dealership and they are going to replace it at cost. It wasn't covered under warranty and the agreement, I was well aware of that so I was expecting a full retail price but they cut it down and sold it to me at cost with free installation honestly they are doing a great job of taking care of their customers. I am very pleased by the immediate attention and the service they have provided me I will buy my next vehicle here if I get the chance.

Bought a vehicle and within 2 weeks had a check engine light pop on. We brought it in because we had a 180 warranty on it, they said it may be the O2 sensor and to bring it back if the light popped back on. Well the light popped back on an my husband ran the code, it popped up for a possible alternator. The owner refused to honor his warranty and told my husband to screw off. The owner of this place will lie to the DMV about the price of the vehicle so they won't get taxed as much for the sale, shady at best!

This owner of this dealership sold my son a lemon for $9000 that clearly did not have a safety inspe tion done before putting it on the lot and as an owner should be fully aware of the issues wrong with any and every vehicle he sells before he sells it. The man saw my son clearly had no knowledge of what to look for as he doesn't even have a drivers permit yet. The owner allowed him to test drive it but like he told my son he replaced only 2 injectors (to make the truck run for a minute so it seemed to drive fine) yet also said sometime down the road he will have to replace all 8 injectors because he obviously had knowledge that the truck was pouring out diesel fuel due to a punctured o ring in which had to have been made intentionally. It doesn't stop there. My sons girlfriend drove the truck from the dealership in lakeport to my mothers house in Middletown. Once she turned the truck off it wouldn't start again. There it sat for 3 weeks. My son assumed his girlfriend didnt turn the truck off all the way and that the batteries (truck runs on 2 batteries) died. After sitting for 3 weeks my son told me if i replaced the batteries I could use the truck so i had a friend of 28 years and has worked on cars and trucks his whole life check it out. Mind you the truck went from point a to point b and sat, nobody touched it. Like i said my son didn't know the batteries could be recharged. This is what my friend found.... Two batteries that were bone dry and not a drop of water in either if them so he refurbished and charged them. That got the truck running maybe two days until coming back from out of town the truck died on me after attempting to use the brights. I got a jump and made it home and it seemed to be fine (not being aware of the fuel pouring out of the injector although my son said it was leaking when he left the lot i later found out) it was good for a day then when i tried to use the brights leaving my moms to go home it took me 5 hours to go from Middletown to clearlake. Needless to say this is when I realized the alternator was no good and the fuel was pouring, not dripping but pouring out. Rewind back to the day i first drove the truck that when looking in my mirror after going over a speed bump that the camper shell slid a quarter of the way off the truck. When i tried to use the key given to my son for the locked camper shell it was the wrong key. The latch on the tailgate was also broken and the window to the camper shell had only one rod that was taped to the camper shell. This man is crooked and should be held accountable. These issues are serious and could've seriously injured if not killed my son, his girlfriend, or another driver on the road and knew of this but didn't care as long as he got money for it. He outta be ashamed of himself but he is not.t The only reason I gave him 1 star is because I had to.I have been hearing around the county that this guy has a bad reputation for ripping people off and being shady. Im reporting him as well as contacting an attorney
