We had some issues at first but they handled it very well. I was appreciative in a stressful moment that the guy checking me out was very patient and kind to me. I believe his name is Pepe. I could be wrong on spelling and I’m sorry. He is a very good worker and great with customers. I work in customer service and it’s hard to find good workers. Keep him. Erica was also very helpful too.

Erica that took my ticket order was very friendly and was very knowledgeable when I asked questions. They also made it to where I was able to get in before the left for lunch which was a super plus for I was getting ready to go out of town
