Summit Tower is a first class operation . My daughter moved in here last June. It is well kept, secure, and has an amazing staff. I like how you enter through secure doors into a beautiful lobby area. They have a gym, elevators, recreation room, parking garage, spacious well appointed apartments. My daughter has a two bedroom two bath and it comes with a third office room that is large enough to call a third bedroom. The master closet is large as are the bathrooms. They have a balcony and the kitchen is open and spacious. The apartment is updated with and beautiful countertops and self close drawers and cabinets.
I spoke to Tara today to inquire about using the recreation room and once again I was blown away by how nice and accommodating the staff is. I highly recommend Summit Towers to anyone who is looking for a first class place to call home. Hats off to this management group.

My fiancé and I LOVE living here, beautiful apartments, we got the exact one we were looking for, nice views, quiet neighbors. Everyone here is so kind, the gym is a good size and there’s never anyone using it so we always get full workouts in. Our patio is big enough for us to have a nice dog house and bistro table for working during the day. The gates are closed at night and this keeps the apartment building secure, I’ve never had an issue with parking here.

Just like the rest of Gig Harbor, we were snowed in all weekend. Our maintenance man was working tirelessly all weekend long to ensure that our sidewalks, balconies, and roads were cleared and usable. The facility is gorgeous, the apartments are luxurious, the staff are amazing! Tara was in the office first thing cleaning all the ice tracking and mess. So happy I moved here. I love it!

After having a nightmare afternoon on I-5, Summit Towing sent Jeff to our rescue. Good guy and very professional. Honestly come to think of it, things went from us being is the worst mood to a pretty good mood by the time we were dropped off. Good passenger/driver conversation and overall great customer service. Definitely recommend. Positive experience overall.

A great place to live. CJ, Gay & Mac always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean. We have fitness center, common entertaining area, elevator and garage parking. Love the security of the building as well. Location is close to shopping areas, restaurants and Cushman Trail.

After a management upheaval last summer, we were pleased to welcome Tara. She is an experienced and caring manager. Our beloved Mac also had a well-earned retirement to a sunnier climate. In is place we have Steve as a very capable and friendly maintenance man. Plus he is full time which has other benefits as well.

We lived here for 8 months. It was pretty quiet, which was nice. Parking is not the best unless you get there before 5p. We recently moved out and thoroughly cleaned the apartment, which they confirmed. Still charged $50 sanitation cleaning, that was not listed in the contract.

The far entrance to the garage was damaged well over a month ago when a moving truck that exceeded the height limit crashed into the top of the opening. The management has not communicated a word to residents on its safety, nor has there been any attempt to repair it. If this is luxury living, I can't wait to leave. Why am I paying so much in rent?

We moved in at a time of several changes in management and were given the wrong apartment. Our family of 4 was put into a two bedroom instead of the 3 bedroom that we were expecting. We were given a discount and free rent on a storage unit for the inconvenience. The new manager Tara was very nice but she did not honor the agreement for the free storage unit and we ended up having to pay to keep it. Additionally, the first winter there, our apartment on the first floor flooded and it took several months for any action to be taken until it began to mold. We found out that this has been a problem in the entire building for several years. We were moved upstairs to a different unit but were subsequently penalized for that as well. When we finally moved out, we were told that we would loose our deposit due to having moved units! Furthermore, after having done a final walk through together and being charged for additional cleaning, we were then sent a surprise bill of $95. When we expressed our concerns about having already paid at the final walk through, we were simply told that additional cleaning was done and that pictures could be provided. I found it to be very unprofessional considering that we were finding items from the previous occupants during our thorough cleaning prior to leaving and having paid that day while there with management. I would caution anyone considering living here. It looks nice from the outside but you will find water damage and mold throughout the building. Also there are several businesses renting first floor space.

Just left this place. We moved out because of this new company that came in... Horizon the original company knew exactly how to run an apartment complex with this type of cliental. We don't was to live in South Tacoma or Bremerton in a small shady complex for a reason.... Management is a complete joke and no one knows the difference between their butt and a hole in the ground. If you are thinking of moving here please try to find somewhere else that does not encourage these types of behaviors or management styles. So happy we left and to this day "2 month later" nothing has changed and things are getting worse and a bunch of crooks ta'boot...

Oh wow, just got our new Summit Tower Community policies today from the new management company. Oh my, restrictive! If you miss those days living in the barracks where everything was inspected and regulated, come check this place out. If you enjoy personality or freedom, STAY AWAY! Oh yeah, and they hate pets and kids and people.....SO looking forward to moving!
