Take some negative reviews with a grain of salt. When I first contacted Mr. Franks on the phone to find out if he repaired my trimmer, I found him to be very courteous, and said he does repair my make and model. He would need about 2 days to get back to me. I left the machine to him on Monday, and Tuesday morning he called to say that he had repaired it! It was such a minor fix that he went ahead and did the work. Fantastic! At his shop when I picked up the machine, he was friendly and answered all my questions politely. His charge was more than fair and I will certainly use him again. He's very good at what he does.

Any type of small engine repair, 2 stroke or riding lawnmower and lawn accessories' work, he's your man! I've been here multiple times in the last few years and he is always courteous and kind even though he looks swamped w repairs. Always timely and affordable. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for many many years I have bought equipment and he has repaired equipment-always fair. From mowers to blowers, generators, trimmers, and everything in between! He has always kept me going -fast, courteous, and affordable.

This guy is by far the best at what he does. His prices are great, and fast turn around. I dropped of 2 mowers to be serviced around 2pm, and they were ready before 10am the next day.
