Dunkin'

Customer service is horrible...most of the cashier's seem to hate their job. I purchased a ice coffee and the milk had a spoiled taste so when I went in to ask for a refund I was told that there was no manager in to do a refund and was offered another coffee and wouldn't you guess they made another coffee with the same spoiled milk I will never come back to this location Australia and 45th st...not to mention when you walk in they look you in your face and still make you wait a few minutes before they even ask may I help you...

First I came thru drive thru and it took someone 10 minutes to say something so I went on the inside . There was only 3 people working and only 1 had on a headset . The shift leader Ant helped me with my order and was very nice . The 2 other girls that was there was nice also and made my drinks n food really fresh and fast . The only downfall is the dirty lobby and the drive thru wait time which is ridiculous.

If you're looking for the best customer service with friendly attentive staff you need to show up to this dunkin' donuts two ladies were excellent and I hope their manager knows about this All I did was get a donut a cup of tea in us to charge my phone in the lady said no problem miss it was an excellent experience.

Staff is amazing, efficient, and professional. When I see a manager greeting her customers by their names, it says a lot. Great location!

I visited this location yesterday and I was highly surprised and pleased how a new employee by the name of Ricky made the the best coffee con leche I've had all year!

I’m from out of town, but have been to this location twice. Both times I have been to this Dunkin Donuts the manager (black male) not sure of his name placed my order. He takes pride in his job & works extremely hard. For a VERY busy location, he runs a tight ship, getting orders out as soon as possible. This is one of the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to!!

First time to this location must say coffee was excellent made perfect just the way I ordered it. Been to other locations and sometimes they just don't take the time to get your order right and I don't have the time to go inside or Re wait in the drive thru to get it right. I hope they keep it up! I will definitely be back. Also the lady at the drive thru was nice and friendly that is always a plus!

Very nice location. Made my iced coffee perfectly. The entire staff was really very nice. Clean and well maintained.

It was my first time here but the staff are amazing people! The manager took my order and was very helpful when it came to being a first time hot tea order. If I lived closer, this would be my main DD.

The best Dunkin’ Donuts around! The donuts are always fresh and the customer service is always positive! Doesn’t matter if you go through the drive-through or go inside. It’s my definite go to place!

I’m here out of town and it was the first time visiting this location. Patrice was so courteous and kind , she had a line full of customers and still managed to acknowledge each one of them . I will definitely come back to this Dunkin Donuts if in the area , thank you Patrice for your great customer service !
