The food was very good, but they forgot to not put any salt on our fries. However, they were very professional and changed the order.

I ask for 1 ketchup and they told I couldn't I even told them it's for my hash brown and they told sorry but you have to pay for it I even told them I just want 1 he said give me 27 cent I told him to go to he!! and walked out I was not happy at all the McDonald's on 45th.Str in the Sam's Club parking in West Palm Beach

I just had to write a review about how awesome the staff here are. I just left this location and couldn’t be happier. They were so busy, it’s a holiday weekend, they are training a new person, and everyone was still smiling and getting along great and helping each other out. You can tell this is a very fun staff and they all support each other. I especially want to give a HUGE shout out to Angie, who was moving around working multiple stations during their rush and came right over to the register to help me when I needed it. I was having a pretty bad day and she made me smile within the first minute of me being there. To me that really makes a difference in customer service. You never know what someone is going through, and the smallest gestures of kindness can really save the day. I vote Angie for employee of the month!

Consistent good experience at this location. The drive thru lanes are efficient and window service members were courteous.

This is not a bad McDonald's at all. I don't go very often and they are patient with me as I'm always taking too long messing with that McDonald's confusing where is that number-- app.

Every Saturday, I, a Vietnam combat decorated disabled veteran, go visit a 89 y.o. Korean War combat veteran and widower living alone to pray the Rosary. I stop by McDonald's to get him a large hazelnut ice coffee to bring to him. He loves when we pray together and thoroughly enjoys his large hazelnut ice coffee. Thank you for having a beverage my fellow veteran enjoys so much. Your staff are always polite, and process the orde that is well made.

Very nice campground, an unexpected gem. Very clean restrooms and showers and very nice accommodating hosts.

I love the service and y'all have great quality respectable employees every time I go in there my food is always fresh and well done and make properly and it's never slow and sloppy

It was a pleasure visiting McDonald's again and seeing how efficient the drive-through has become since my first reviews last year in my area. The lady that was working the drive-thru was awesome she greeted me and read me back my order in detail and thanked me for visiting McDonald's the food was amazing everything was fresh. keep it up McDonald's!

This has to be the most energetic most positive fast food restaurant i have ever been in. I've travelled around the country and I never had this amazing experience in my life. You guys give me life and joy and i always leave with a smile. I always want to thank the owners and managers for hiring celine! She's so positive and passionate to make a customer happpy.

Always busy, but the newest "order from app" service stands out. There is also an employee that helps people order that way. There is a screen that has your order number displayed, and your dine in food can be carried to your table. Interesting! I also heard that McDonald's was going to start delivering in Florida. If that's true this is a good way to start and help with that transition.

NEFER is amazing! Not many fast food employees are kind, friendly and respectful. She embodies the characteristics of all 3. Job well done.

Nellie and Eric are always on top of it. Even when they have to fix my anoying mobile orders. One of the few locations that doesnt feel like chaos... and I think its because of them.

McDonald's is one of my favorite restaurants I love their food there so shapes managers and all the staff of very pleasant and they make you feel that they appreciate you coming in to do business with the quality of their food is excellent as well as desserts and I am very adamant about customer service I will continue to do business with McDonald's keep up the excellent work.

Not really much to say about this location. Food was great and came out fast. Service workers where very nice. This location is located near many other restaurants and shops right off of 45th street. We highly recommend this location when visiting the area.

I pick up for Uber Eats at this location often. They always have the order ready to go and are quick to get me in and out! Thank you!
