Big Red Self Storage

Worked with Josh the manager at the 27th and Pine Lake location. Josh was super experienced and knowledgeable. Renting a locker was easy and Josh had it ready for me when he said he would for a move-in over the weekend.

Josh is so helpful, answers questions, is just low key, and supportive when moving wears on us who are moving. Facilities are awesome! I highly recommend!

Easy to access entrance off of Pine Lake Rd. at S 27th, as well as the Super Saver Plaza parking lot. Facility is very clean inside and out. The office staff led by Josh are ALL easily reached and fun to communicate with. Carts available. Storage neighbors are (also) good folks. Recommended!

Everything about using this storage facility was easy & the facility seemed very clean & secure. When we were done with our unit it took one email to cancel. So easy!

I arranged for our unit from out of state. Joshua was so helpful in answering all my questions and making sure everything was taken care of - down to opening up the lock packaging so I didn't have to figure that out!! It's that kind of thoughtfulness that really stands out. Nebraska Nice is the real deal! The unit was immaculate and very close to the door which made our move-in so easy. I highly recommend!

I have been utilizing this facility for four years. Always a great experience and never have any issue. The manager Joshua is such a nice guy, friendly, helpful and I always enjoy our conversation whenever I see him. If you have storage need and lives in the area, this BRSS site should be your go to!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I got stuck where I was in need of a storage unit for 30 days between moves. Not only did they find me the perfect unit for all my needs, I was able to get it at a great rate and was well taken care of. I will recommend them every time I hear someone needing storage space.

Incredibly pleased with my experience. I called ahead and the rep on-site delayed going to lunch so he could show me a few units, found a temp controlled unit that would work perfectly, signed some paperwork and was given the necessary access information and was out of there in under 15 minutes.

This is my second time utilizing Big Red, very positive the entire year I utilized their services before so an obvious choice when needing storage again.

Big Red Self Storage was a great choice for us as we moved to a new home. The unit was clean as were the interior hallways. We loved the option to use their truck - made moving so much easier. Doug in the office was easy to work with too.

We love the fact that the facility is gated and we had the opportunity to rent a fully climate controlled unit. It was also a nice bonus to know they offer the free use of a truck to move our larger items. Joshua was very helpful and professional.

Look no further for storage services -- this is the place you're looking for!. As a happy customer for more than ten years, I can say that this is the best facility in town. Fantastic customer service. Responsive, supportive, friendly. My temperature- and humidity-controlled units are dry, clean and comfortable year-round. Thanks to Doug and everyone at Big Red.

Great storage. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Temperature/humidity controlled kept our items in excellent condition for a year. Free use of a moving van and flexible with prorating pay if you want to add/remove units.
