Small town ice cream shop that I love. Came here after going to Crystal Grotto Cavern. Small shop where everyone was super friendly. Moderately priced but so worth it. If in the area again, would definitely stop by again.

I really enjoyed my stop at Potomac Street Creamery. The ice cream and cones were tasty and fresh. The ladies working there were awesome! I would definitely stop here again if I were ever back in this direction. It was a great place to take a break after hiking the battlefields.

My family enjoyed a lovely treat for our first visit! The ice cream was great and so was the young lady working at the counter. She made great flavor recommendations! We will definitely be stopping more often!

My wife and I stepped in for some ice cream and wow . The ladies were super nice and even built my dream banna split. Very nice and friendly atmosphere.

This place is amazing: friendly, fast service, low prices, and HUGE portions! The ice cream is delicious and they have a really good selection of flavors. My daughter tried black cherry ice cream for the first time and raved about it so much that she begged us to drive the 90+ miles to visit again. It's honestly so good that I think the drive is worth it, too! It was a highlight of our weekend trip.

This is the epitome of small town creamery. The folks are always welcoming and it just has that ice cream shop smell, that I personally love and gives you all the nostalgia. For the price you pay (which is fair), it's well worth it for the amount of ice cream you get! Bring cash if you can or be prepared to pay a small credit card fee (which is also totally understandable).

The ice creams are really good! The place is nice, because you can eat inside, and outside too! And they are very kind!

Perfect little small town feel. Friendly staff and great selection of ice cream. They offer Hershey's hand dipped & soft serve. They also take cash or card now! Highly recommended this little shop with some inside and outside seating available or it is walking distance from Shaffer Park.

They're basically giving the ice cream away at Potomac Street Creamery, where low prices and enormous portion sizes combine to really give you value for your dollar. The ice cream is delicious too. The cones, which appear to have been baked in house, were yummy too. We stopped here on a roadtrip but our five year old demanded that we take her here again one day and she didn't care that it was 90 miles away from our house: she said it would be worth the trip back!

Third visit in the last 6 weeks. Service is always friendly and ice cream is great. I can hardly finish the kid’s size!

We went here for the first time today as part of the Washington County Ice Cream Trail. Potomac Street Creamery has been in Boonsboro for many years and has been well-loved by many. It didn't disappoint! I appreciated that they had off-street parking and a place to eat outside with tables and umbrellas. They carry Hershey's ice cream which is the BEST ice cream in my opinion. What really stood out to me though was the amazing customer service. I'm not sure if it was the owner that waited in us but she was fantastic! She was calm and cheerful with large groups of kids, she asked which flavor you preferred on the bottom/top, she didn't get frazzled with a long line out the door, and she wanted to make sure each person's ice cream came out the way they wanted. Highly recommend! Plus you can walk around and see the cool town of Boonsboro.

Good size portions of Hershey's ice cream. Plenty of parking. 2% surcharge for credit cards.

Great ice cream, the workers gave me about 7-8 large scoops on one cone despite it being a small. Perfect little small town ice cream shop

The ice cream at this place is awesome and reasonably priced and the servings are HUGE. Plus Boonesboro is a really cute town that anyone in the area should check out. ALSO the staff are amazing. My mom accidentally left her wallet there with all her cards and $250 in cash. We were sure it was gone. One of the staff Mandy called the bank of one of the cards and they called us and we went to pick it up. Cash still in the wallet. Such above and beyond service that definitely made us loyal customers! THANK YOY MANDY!

1st time here and it will not be my last. Friendly staff great ice-cream. Outside seating was comfortable night sky beautiful. Hope this place is here when my grandchildren come so I can make it a family event. Thank you to the two ladies that helped us.

Hershey ice cream and cash only. Has some seating inside and outside. Banana split was large and you get 3 flavors and 3 toppings. Plenty of parking across the street.

Very clean, nice selection of Hershey icecream. What impressed me the most was Buck the young lady that worked there was so polite. When we told her that I have Celiac Disease she got a fresh scoop out so, that she would not cross contaminated with the icream containing gluten. I really appreciated that.

I loveee this place! It's your classic corner ice cream shop! The ice cream is always good and all the staff are very friendly. Just be sure to bring cash (they don't take cards)!
