Panera Bread

We had lunch sitting outside on the patio today with a nice view of the shops. Everything was really good and came out exactly as ordered. Very Convenient location . The service was pretty quick even though they were busy . Delicious! One of my favorite restaurants , no matter where we travel .

Great offering of coffee, cakes and bread, etc. Finally found a place that does a strong Coffee Latte, although it did have an extra shot. Reasonably priced for such good quality. Lots of seating inside and out. Very helpful staff and had a real vibe as a place to meet and chat.

The food & service were great. But the ordering was rushed for new customers. I wanted soup in a bread bowl. No my soup came in a bowl.

We actually left DD because there were a working group young "adults" who ignored us for 10 min before acknowledging us and saying that someone will be with us. After another 5 or 8 min with these employees doing nothing we left. This lovely hardworking young man at Paneras had about 7 or 8 people in line and worked hard and smart with a big smile on his face during every transaction. It was such a huge difference between the work ethics of both establishments. Thanks Jerome and the rest of the staff that were all busy keeping Paneras at The Villages in great shapeñ

Gabriel, the team lead was amazing and offered stellar customer service! He was such a pleasure to speak with! I would also like to shout out Hannah for going the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed to complete my meal! Her customer service was stellar as well! Both of their smiles and positive attitudes were refreshing! Job well done to the both of them! I will definitely make another visit in the near future! ☺

The staff are aware of the guests and are ready to serve. When you're unsure of what you want they're willing to help you and they're knowledgeable of their menu. Which is a great service. There is plenty of seating inside and out. It's a great place if you just want to grab a book and sit and read or if you want to gather with friends and have a quiet cup of coffee.

I'm here quite often and I just want to talk about some of the staff that's here. I like nearly everyone but these folks seem exceptional.

Dan, one of managers, is very good with staff and customers. Always makes time to say hello to us.

J.J. great smile, hard worker, makes sure our bakery order is right.

Logan is just exceptionally efficient.

Keyla corrected an issue I had, albeit minor, but she handled it and we were happy.

Rick is kind, treats my mom with great respect and he has a presence to him.

Mike very friendly good worker. Nice man.

And Lauren who makes a lot of my good always does a good job and helps you if have questions.

There are others I'm just not sure of their names. I love this place thank you for all you do. They all deserve raises!!!!!

Overall a good experience. Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised how delicious the Baja Chicken dish was! I’m hooked!

Came tonight for dinner and had the new Buffalo Chicken sandwich and some Mac and Cheese and it was delicious.

Erick apologized saying he wasn't sure he made my latte correctly but he did a good job. Store was clean there was no line so the wait wasn't long for my meal.

Highly recommend the Main Street, Lady Lake location the staff is always good.

Love this Panera! They always make me the Sierra Turkey Sandwich even though its not on the menu anymore. Excellent service too!

Alway good food at reasonable prices. What really makes Panera my favorite sandwich and salad shop is the fresh baked breads and pastry. That started with the very first shop and there are still selling the highest quality as they spread Nationwide.

Very nice place for a fairly healthy meal (if you want a healthy meal). Great sandwiches and excellent soup. I was very impressed with the manager, she was helpful and friendly. I was also happy to see the amount of food that they donate daily to the local food bank.

This location is great! It’s always so crazy busy and the staff do so much to make it run smoothly and make it not feel as busy as it looks. Also, ordering on the app is awesome, my order is consistently fresh and correct every time!

We frequent the store at Sumter Landing - and have never eaten here. Friendly staff, seems to us larger - and the selection of danish was greater here than at Sumter Landing. Fuji Chicken salads were perfect, store was cleanish (as best as they ever are). We ate in and had real dishes and metal utensils - as opposed to Sumter Landing - which for some time was sering DINE IN - with takeout food - in plastic tins, plastic utensils and salad dressing separate. WE WILL BE BACK to Spanish Springs store again.

First time went open years ago and now second time service and customer service was great food fresh and hot store nice and clean recommended to everyone looking forward to go more often keep the good work GOD BLESS

Good service , nice location.

Went here this morning in spite of reading some negative reviews. Was most pleasantly surprised. They were courteous and efficient. They even toasted my bagel twice, as the first one came out a bit dark. Will definitely go to this Panera often!
