Asia Bazaar

Went to Asia Bazaar for the first time the other day. I believe it has been open for at least a year, but for some reason, if I needed Indian spices, I would always drive to Norwalk. This time, I decided to try this store out. The aisles are clean and very neat. It didn’t seem like one thing was out of place. The owners were very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to check information that they weren’t 100% sure of. He also helped us find the different items we were looking for. They had every spice I needed, plus much more. I definitely didn’t think that they would have a produce section, but they do. I am impressed. You know when you ask yourself “why didn’t I go there earlier?” That is how I feel. I am very happy with my purchases and I will certainly be going back. If you haven’t gone yet, you should go and check it out for yourself.

Great Store for Indian Groceries!!! Very convenient location, close to I95 between exit 8 & 9, carries organic chickpea and all kind of Lentils and groceries. Great fresh Indian produce Mangoes, fresh Curry leaves, Okra, Methi and many more vegetables etc...

Cleanest and most organized Indian store I’ve seen in my life. Spotless compared to the Patel brothers in Norwalk. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and actually go out of their way to do more. Parking is nice and it’s just one of the best experiences I’ve had at an Indian store. Prices also decent. Some exotic veggies but they are missing a few necessary fruits and veggies still. But hopefully in time that will improve. Definitely visit them and help them thrive!

This is an excellent Indian store!! The people who manage the place are friendly and helpful. Its a big, clean and well maintained store with a wide range of products (and they are continuing to add more products). They even asked me for suggestions for fresh fruits and vegetables and welcomed my input!! I am so glad they are here in Stamford and wish them many many years of growth and success!!

Great to have a family owned Indian grocery right nearby in Stamford. So wonderful that we don't have to drive to Norwalk now. They are reasonably priced and have a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Another plus is free off road parking. Highly recommend for Indian, Caribbean and African fruits and vegetables.

A clean and a well-maintained store. The management is really friendly. I like this place better than 'Patel brothers' due to this. They have chosen quality products. It is conveniently located in downtown Stamford which is a major plus. They are ready to source products for us based on our requests. I felt true 'customer service' here.

A great place to get the Indian groceries. The people there are welcoming and helping in every way. Being the new kid in the block, I just felt safe asking too many questions about the Indian spices. I’d recommend you to get your groceries here!

All items were priced right. The owners were very eager to get my business. Good bye Patel Brothers, I'll be doing my Indian grocery here from now on.

All my Indian grocery shopping is done from this store ..the owners are open to requests n suggestions....fresh vegetables come twice a week so no shortage . Hassle free checkout...always a happy experience .

Was really impressed how clean & neat the store was. Lots of assorted Indian products & free parking was very convenient in the indoor garage next to the store.

Visited recently, priced right! Has a very good new feel to it! Looking forward to seeing more variety like in Jersey
