In-house chemist Cassandra tested our pool water and delivered a complete report of all I need to know to keep everyone safe and happy in the pool. Great prices and excellent service. Thanks Cassie, you made us feel like we were the only ones in the store.

Just had Leslie's jacuzzi pump and motor installed by a really great guy, Curtis! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and even came in under his estimate on the install! I will definitely use them again in the future!

I'm new to maintaining an in-ground pool. I recently had an issue with the Hayward salt turbo cell. John answered all my questions over the phone and in-person. As a result of my experience with John I purchased a new t-cell from this store. Thank you John.

After being officially done with that Penny place, I figured I'd give Leslie's a try and boy am I happy I did. Great prices and service. Yes, I have to drive a bit further to get there but to me, it's all worth it as I don't leave with that dirty been ripped off feeling. Thanks!

My pool pump died. I called my regular spot where I get chlorine, etc., but they didn't have the motor I needed in stock. Then, while they were trying to figure out how to get me one, they accidentally hung up on me. So I went to the Google maps and started calling places. Leslie's had what I needed, and then, heartbreak, when that motor turned out to be a dud after I installed it, Leslie's refunded my purchase no problem and got another motor that would work for me. Then they talked me through the install and when I had questions and called again, they took my call, didn't act like I was a bother and clearly answered my questions to help me finish the install. Leslie's has fair prices, above average stock of essentials, and went above and beyond with their customer service. I don't know what else you could ask for from a pool store. Highly recommend.

After having a horrible experience with another local store, I came over to Leslie’s. Best decision I could have made! Reagan and John made me feel at home, more than I can say about Blue Water Pool that are supposed to be a family owned and operated business. Both gentlemen were extremely kind, patient and insightful. Addressed all my concerns and made sure I didn’t purchase anything I didn’t need. I left feeling confident and ready to tackle my pool needs!

The staff here is always amazing. They check the chemicals in the water sample I bring in and then help me know how to best treat it to balance out the chemicals. Leslie's isn't the closest pool store to me, but the service there is worth the drive. I will always go to Leslie's for all our swimming pool needs!

Super nice guys and management. I am sorry I cant remember their names. We have purchased small items over the past several years. In 2015 We decided to invest 900.00 and purchase a polaris pool cleaner. It worked great for 6-8 months then it stopped working. We took it in and in about two weeks they called saying "its ready and repaired"so we took it home and tried it and "nothing" so a couple days later I returned for another repair. The guy behind the counter said "we are just going to give you a new one in the box with a warranty. Headed back today to buy a pool motor. Nice honest guys

I am very new to the pool world and he was very patient with me while he was helping many people at once by conducting himself very well.
