Everyone who works here is super nice every time we shop here. And they don’t get annoyed helping me find shoes that fit my 1 and 5 year olds feet.

Larry is awesome, hes very helpful and friendly, great customer service. Love coming here for the deals and selection of clothing different from the Nashville stores.

We were greeted when we walked in the door and the friendly staff didn't hover but checked on us and let us know about the sales/specials. When we checked out Dylan provided top tier customer service and made sure we were well taken care of, he even let us know that they provided discounts for teachers, military, etc. and was able to save us even more. We were extremely pleased with our visit!

Awesome!!! The team in this store is full of customer service rock stars!! They are super friendly and helpful. They keep the store clean and organized. If you like Vans even a little, come to this store and spend your money. I will surely visit every time I am in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Knoxville area.

We had an amazing experience here shopping. We have a special needs daughter and the sales representative Grace took so much extra time and care with us to ensure we found everything we needed. She was kind enough to ask if there were any sensory issues our daughter may have and went out of her way to pull additional inventory from the back that may fit her.

She was a wonderful representative for the store and we truly appreciated her kindness and help. She absolutely made our day.

I can’t say enough good things about Larry. He is so helpful and kind and makes sure you leave with a pair of vans that you LOVE. I drive an hour and a half to go to this location specifically because I know Larry is going to go above and beyond for myself and any customer that walks in the door. I visit every few months and he always remembers myself and my fiancé by name, remembers my shoe size and what styles I will like. This guy needs a raise & any promotions available immediately. He cares deeply about his customers and the brand. Thanks Larry!

We visited the Tanger Oulets in Pigeon Forge Van's store to purchase shoes for my family. During our visit Clay and Don took great care of us. They went the extra mile to ensure we received the best care possible. After our amazing shopping experience we no longer see this Van's store as a place to purchase shoes. Vans has become part of our family.

Shopped here often. Grace helps us everytime, she always finds what we need and is very kind. Love the shoes but we come back because of the staff!

Larry was awesome!! He searched for a pair of shoes that I was looking for and when he couldn't find them he recommended two pairs for me one of which I did end up buying. At check out the register had some technical issues and we did have to wait a few extra minutes which was totally fine me and my wife did not mind at all, but Larry still gave us a discount on our purchase most of which was already discounted!! I cannot recommend this location especially if you are looking for an older shoe that is not at the main stores anymore

Larry and Clay always go above and beyond to help customers find the products they’re needing! They offered multiple times to go in the back and find me sizes. They are the main reason I’ll always return to this specific store!! Good job Vans, on hiring the best ppl around !! Such an asset to the company!!!!
