Great Service and Friendly staff

The Lakeport USPS office has some of the friendliest workers you'll ever met. They do offer all the services any postal office offers including passport, shipping and mailboxes. The place has been around for a while and I took of a star because they did not have some of the up-to-date equipments as other location. Still it is one of the cleanest USPS location I've been.

nicest people in any post office. Worst open hours in the world. If you work, good luck trying to get there - closed before you start work and closed when you get off work.

The actual staff at the post office are nice enough... On the other hand, the carrier James is lazy and inconsiderate. He complains about having to walk 10 extra seconds instead of cutting through my property. And if he sees something he doesn't like on your property he will take it upon himself to move it to his liking. The other carriers just deliver the mail and leave, but James seems to have a real issue with not being able to cut corners. And if you say anything he will be sure to get your neighbors involved.

The issues with James are ongoing for over a year now. He has now destroyed packages trying to force them into my mailbox. But I can't complain directly or they will hold my mail again without notifying me.

A very poor culture exists in our county postal workers. I believe that everyone should be replaced starting with management. Never have I experienced more indifferent, lazy people. Post masters that lie to our faces and mock us. Time to end this bloated, dysfunctional and expensive relic.

I live on Todd rd. Why is time sensitive mail delivered by idiots that sometimes deliver it as late as 8pm? This woman is horrible at keeping a schedule. Why is she still even employed by USPS????

Would give zero stars if I could, they have been sitting on my package for over a week and haven't sent it yet, I played for expedited shipping too! It was really important for the items sent to arrive on time, absolutely unacceptable and unproffesional

Horrible postal carriers, rude, obnoxious and completely unprofessional. Counter staff absolutely useless, I called 4 times to try and find what the carrier had done with our mail. Took them a week and 1/2 to find it, after carrier had tampered with it.

They close earlier than posted. Why can't the government at least work a normal work day? The lazy government people close at 4:25. So it's a joke, just like the entire federal government.

Unfortunately the United States Postal Service makes it impossible to file a claim for any items lost and mailing the suggestion was that I contact the original sender to have a claim filed with them how interesting so they never have to pay out claims because they make it virtually impossible what is scam they keep my wife beauty products no remnants or even sign of anything exploding or any kind of problems but items were missing generic letter on the outside of the package with no explanation of anything
