Dr. Hancox and his team are fantastic! I’ve been taking my 6 year old son there for a little over a year, and everyone has been so patient and sweet with him. The care was so great, I decided to schedule an appointment for myself. Top notch care!

Dr. Hancox is the absolute BEST! I have an uncommon eye issue and he and his staff went well above and beyond - from contacting specialists to looking into more cost effective solutions for me. Other places got me "as close as they could get". Dr. Hancox doesn't give up on you and cares about your needs! Forever grateful 😊

Everyone at this office was extremely nice to me and helpful. I felt like Dr Hancox really cared about me and his top priority was to make sure that my vision was taken care of. I could tell that he and his assistants were going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my eyes were okay. I appreciate that immensely. He was gentle and kind and giving me his full attention. Also I was pleased with their selection of fashionable glasses frames.

I have been going here for a few years. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. they utilize a team to perform their services which makes for a smooth fast experience. accepts insurance or self pay. ample parking within walking distance. recommended!

I really enjoyed the staff and Dr. Hancox at Grove City’s Laurel Eye Clinic. They were so helpful and so nice. I am already an anxious person and have a lot of trouble with social anxiety. However everyone made me feel so comfortable. I will absolutely be a returning customer. My entire life growing up all I knew was Sears because my mother worked there so I spent all of my life and some of my adult life going to Sears’ optical. After Sears closed up as an adult I had tried a few different eye clinics and almost “shopped around” for where I felt happiest with a good selection of eyewear and a great staff. They won me over here. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a standard eye exam so my eyes were dilated and the front desk staff provided me with disposable visors so I could drive home safely.

Dr. Hancox was great. Kind and professional. Everybody in the clinic that I interacted with was great: Kelly, Heather, Dr. Hancox’s assistant, and the lady who took the pictures of my retinas.

Dr. Hancox is terrific and the staff is very pleasant. The only drawback is if you need an appointment soon. Thay are always booked out a ways. Quality care is worth the wait!

Laurel Eye Clinic is the place to go if you need vision care. I use the Grove City location and I totally trust the staff. I just had cataract surgery in the Brookville office. What a great team of professionals. And the communication between my surgeon Dr. Batchelet in Brookville and Dr. Hancox in Grove City is very impressive. I wish all medical facilities had this level of communication. Thank you for gime back my life.

There was no waiting. Doctor B was awesome. Laser surgery is so easy and quick. No pain. and you can see 100% better after surgery. Highly recommend!
